Beautiful renovated 2 bdrm 2 bath condo on the mountain. Less than 1/4 mile walk to Hunter One (the Learning Center) or less than 2 minute drive to the main lodge. New stainless appliances in the kitchen, new smart TVs in LR (and blue ray DVD player) and in MBR. Guest bedroom has TV with built in DVD player (small selection of movies or bring your own). Wood burning fire place. WIFI available. Radiant floors in the master bathroom and kitchen. Each bedroom can accommodate a family of 3. Weber Grill on the deck over overlooking the valley. Ceiling fans in each room. New washer and dryer. Small kids gaming area with XBox and games.

Another Great Stay

For the second time this season we’ve stayed at Bill’s property, and again it did not disappoint...super clean, great location to the mountain, and overall just a wonderful place to stay... We would highly recommend staying here and are ooking forward to coming back next year...

Perfect Family Ski Rental

Bill has an incredibly well-kept and family friendly place. Clean kitchen, comfortable seating, family-friendly activities, easy access to the mountain. Would 100% recommend this place and look forward to coming back next ski season.

Weekend at Hunter Mountain

This rental was clean and beautiful. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and the location was perfect! We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this condo.

So perfect!

Was a perfect spot for our family of 5 - a few minutes away from the ski resort and very comfortable! Bill was easy to work with and left great instructions for us! We had plenty of space and enjoyed our time here!

Lovely getaway

Bill’s Condo is a perfect getaway. It is very clean and well appointed. We loved using the fireplace and enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen. The views are gorgeous, too! Thanks for a lovely weekend.

Nice Place, Great location

We had a wonderful time. A lot of outdoors activities in the area. Condo was very clean and well appointed with comfortable furniture/beds. Owner with great communication and accommodating. Provided thorough directions and tips. Would stay again. Only drawback was the wifi was slow.

Great place for getaway stay in the mountains.

Bill’s place was great had all of the amenities for a fabulous stay. Great deck with excellent views and super grill. Kitchen was like brand new and great for cooking with all the tools for producing great food. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was great with excellent shower. Bill provided thorough manual for answers to everything. Definitely a must stay place. Terry

A Must Stay

Weve been using VRBO since 2018 and this is by far the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed...The condo has been updated and radiant heat on the floors can’t be beat...we have a 13yr old and 11 yr old twins and the video game set up was perfect, (lots of toys, legos etc for littles which mine did play with as well ;) It was a 2 minutes drive to the mountain and 5-7 minutes to the food store and restaurants... we booked this property for 2 weekends sight unseen and are so happy we did...

Great Stay at Hunter!

We had a wonderful time at Bill's condo right at Hunter Mountain. It was fully stocked and well appointed. The condo is fully updated and had a great fireplace. The terrace was fabulous - wonderful views of the colorfulfoliage. We are already planning to come back in the winter. I highly recommend Bill's place! PS-I forgot something there and Bill's wife is sending it back to me. They go the extra mile!

Great condo, great location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. This condo is a very nice home--well appointed, beautifully decorated and "we're at home" comfortable. Lots of extra touches which make a difference when staying at a VRBO. Nice towels, boot trays, detailed manual for the house, good lighting, plenty of paper products. The list goes on. It's a stone's throw from Hunter and close to restaurants. We took Bill's advice and used the local cab service and that worked out well. Speaking of Bill, he was easy to get in touch with and quite responsive. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful weekend at Bill's place. First, the place is so CLEAN - we travel frequently and this is by far the cleanest property we've ever been to. The condo is updated with lovely decor, heated floors, and beautiful touches. Our kids (8 and 5) loved the games and toys - I love when a place thinks ahead for kids. We cooked our own meals while there and the kitchen had everything we needed. I appreciated having non-glass cups for the kids! The location was great, just a 2 minute drive, and probably walkable through the neighborhood if everyone can carry their own stuff. Bill was just a text away if we had any questions and was super friendly and communicative. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and Peaceful Getaway

My husband, 3 children and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and set the mood for relaxation. Our children were in love with the toys and games made available and all of us enjoyed the stunning view from the livingroom and deck. Bill was wonderful with communication and was a fabulous host. For anyone looking to work remotely/have virtual school the internet was able to support both my husband and daughter online at the same time through the day. This provided my family and I a memorable family getaway. Our children are already asking to go back. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again, Bill! See you soon. - Maria and Steve

A real gem at the foot of Hunter Mountain!

My girlfriend and I along with my friends and their two young daughters spent a wonderful weekend at this very nice condo. The condo is laid out and decorated in such a way that upon entering, we immediately felt welcomed and had the feeling that this is going to be a good stay. From the appliances to the fixtures, we could tell that the owners did not spare any expense, a lot of thoughts had gone into the decor, and I am sure some homes don't even come with such nice appliances. The condo is equipped with everything you need, and more - for example, heated bathroom and kitchen floors, so nice to have after a long day of skiing. Most of all, the entire place is very clean, from the fixtures and furnishing to the linens and towels provided. Speaking of the linens in the bedroom closets, the owner took the time to neatly arrange and label everything so it was very easy to help ourselves with getting the beds setup. And the same attention to detail was also apparent with the instructional binder provided, step by step guide to almost every piece of appliance was included in this binder, with pictures! We were impressed. The location is also perfect, it is only a couple of minutes drive from the condo to the drop off area at Hunter Mountain. The main purpose of our trip was to ski so we did not venture out to other areas, although by doing some research there seems to be a lot of outdoor activities in the nearly area. The owner Bill was also extremely helpful and available throughout the stay, he answered questions promptly before our arrival and also gave us some good tips along the way. From everything we experienced from this stay, we could really tell that the owners are very meticulous and fastidious individuals. We have stayed at a number of rentals before and this condo really had us spoiled. We all agree that it is a great place to stay and the kids love it too, can't wait to go back. -Alex

Hunter Highlands Haven

We’ve been coming to Hunter Mountain for years and have stayed at several different condos, but Bill’s has topped them all. Communication was top notch from the initial booking process to check in/check out instructions. There was a nice bottle of Cabernet left for us upon arrival which we really appreciated. We especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and the Weber grill on the deck. The condo was immaculately clean and the perfect amount of space for us with our 2 teens. A quick 5 minute walk and you’re on the slopes. We definitely plan on booking again!

Superb Stay!!

Absolutely excellent place to stay! Bill and his wife keep the condo immaculate. A 3 minute drive to Hunter Mountain. Very cozy and peaceful sitting in front of the fire place. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking tools and all the comforts of home. We will definitely be making this our “must stay” place when going to Hunter!!!

Cozy updated condo

The condo is cozy, updated, and modern with warm and homey touches. Bill was a pleasant and responsive host; answered questions promptly and provided super complete condo instructions and area information. The location is great. The only downside, which the listing states (and which I understand right now in the midst of the covid-19), is that there are no blankets or comforters provided. Bringing our own was not a huge issue as we have done seasonal rentals prior and have extra sets of everything. The condo suited our family and our stay and we'd consider staying again.

We love the outdoors and wanted to share that with you and your family. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, ziplining and climbing are just a few items to tackle at Hunter mountain. My wife and I truly want all our guests to have the same experiences I have had throughout all the years of renting properties. As professionals in the industry we truly want you to feel you are at home. That is why we decided to provide the unit with the up to date technology and great sleeping arrangements. Whether you are with us for a short stay or long one we will pay attention to every detail.
