Come stay in our home away from home! This unit sleeps 6 with a king bed, bunk beds with upgraded mattresses and a sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. In addition, there are 2 reserved parking spots just outside the door, along with a comfy patio to enjoy the evenings. It is within walking distance to beach access road where you can even drive your car! Not feeling the beach? Enjoy the BEST POOL ON THE ISLAND equipped with grills and plenty of chairs! We include ALL needed amenities to enjoy your stay. Washer/dryer, all linens, towels, kitchen accessories and free WiFi! It is comfortable and BRAND NEW everything! Nothing has been left undone!
There are many restaurants close by, golf cart rentals if wanted, and lots of fund things to do (beach, pool, surfing, Texas State Aquarium, and lots of Corpus adventures).
We have enjoyed the island for MANY years and can help lead you to all of the fun adventures the area has to offer.

This condo was an absolute gem! It was cute, comfortable, and had everything our family neededā€”and then some. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and easy to access, and everyone we met during our stay was so friendly. We really enjoyed our time here!

This was our 5th year in a row to come to this place for a long weekend. The condo has all what you need and is an easy walk away from the beach. The owners are super easy to contact and are accommodating where they can. I can only recommend this place.

A birthday wish granted!

Our teen granddaughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at the beach, so we did! Our daughter and both grandkids are water/beach lovers. After 22 years of living out of state and missing birthdays and holidays, we (the grandparents) were more than happy to have a little party at Padre! We had the chance to see a baby turtle release, spent lots of time on the beach, ate some great seafood, and made lots of great memories. Kool Breeze was a great condo, perfect for some birthday cake and pizza, with lots of room for five of us. No stairs to deal with like some places (great for seniors), comfy beds, and great a/c. The pool was fantastic, and salt-water to boot! I love a pool where I can just sit and soak while the kids play and make friends! Our daughter and granddaughter were happy with the walking distance to the beach and took the opportunity to go out after dark to look for crabs and see how far out the tide went. Bonus: a birthday gift item was accidentally left behind and the owner and housekeeper saw that it was quickly returned to us after we were already home. The above & beyond puts this vacation over the top for us, and we will gladly recommend this location and the wonderful owners and their housekeeping team to others!

Great condo

The condo is very clean and decorated beautifully. The owners were very responsive to messages sent. The property has 2 pools which was great because one was more crowded than the other. The owners also have a closet full of beach gear they allow guests to use. This was very appreciated. Great stay.

July 4th getaway!

I donā€™t do reviews but this place deserves one. Hosts were great. Very responsive and their place was amazing! In the pictures it looks a little small, but once you get there, itā€™s plenty. We took advantage of the pool and grills that surround the pool area and of course, the beach. The family had a great time! Definitely coming back when we can!

Amazing Home Away From Home

We came for the weekend to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect! The location and easy access to the beach were perfect for short outings with our 3 year old. The condo was very comfortable, and felt super homey. Communication with the owners was very quick, and they were increasingly accommodating. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Great little condo for our family!

The townhouse is conveniently located on the island (close to the beach) and was a comfortable place for our small family of 4. It had everything we needed and was well stocked (extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. provided). It was clean (except for a little sand on the floors upon arrival - which seems to be the case anywhere you stay at the beach). The pools are nice! Overall, we had a great stay and I would book there again!

We would stay here again

The condo was great! It was very clean and a perfect size for my family (two young kids). The items they have for the beach make this place top notch! It is a block from the gulf that even my kids enjoyed walking to. The pool in the complex is well maintained and we even visited the playground. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Loved the space!

The area was very quiet which was perfect for us. The unit was beautifully decorated. Bed super comfy. I wish the weather would have cooperated to have used the full closet of items for the beach. Pool was clean and large for easy lounging. My only negative is the couch. It really is well used and cushions kept sliding away from back. If the sun would have been shining, Iā€™m sure we wouldnā€™t have been stuck inside by the rain. People in other units told us not to judge the location as we just were very unlucky with the weather. Still glad we were able to experience a new location! Thank you Kools!

We are native Texans who have fallen in love with the Gulf Coast. Close drive and so much to do! We have been visitors to the area for 15 years and have finally bought our home away from home. We are blessed with 2 teenage daughters and a great dog. We love the great outdoors and adventures! We hope you will enjoy one of our favorite places as much as we do!

We looked for a long time and realized the area we hang out the most is the area we would want to be so we chose this awesome location for the close proximity to EVERYTHING! The pool is awesome and the beach is so close we can taste it! Being able to drive on the beach is such a plus in Corpus. Having a brand new place to call ours and share with others is what we had dreamed of. We furnished it the way we would live in it. Coastal, classy and fun!
