Mia's Place-04 - City Centre Living in the Heart of Chester
Following the fantastic Home Away experiences I have had with Mia’s Place-02, 03 & 05, I am excited to include Mia’s Place-04 within the same location.
This second floor 2 bedroom apartment is located a short walk from the city's bustling bars, restaurants, cafes & shops and also a stone’s throw from Chester canal, with its trendy bars and restaurants. This Apartment is ideal for business travellers, city centre shopping, family breaks, great nightlife and Chester races.
The Apartment
This second floor apartment has 2 double bedrooms, newly fitted open plan kitchen/living area and family bathroom.
The apartment is ideal for 4 guests but can sleep 6 with the use of the double sofa bed in the open plan living area.
The apartment comes with the added bonus of a 7.5 square metre outdoor seating area complete with patio table and chairs and is a bit of a sun trap.
The bedrooms come complete with professionally laundered bed linen, wardrobes , work area/dressing table (in bedroom 1), towels, mirrors and a hair dryer.
The living area has a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV to allow you to catch up on your favourite TV shows. The kitchen area is fully fitted with microwave oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans together with plates, cutlery and glasses should you choose to cook or just have a leisurely drink.
All members of the family are welcome at Mia’s Place-04, with books and games to suit all ages, together with a selection of toys for younger guests or those younger at heart. A high chair, travel cot and children’s plates, bowl, cups and cutlery are also provided to ensure everybody feels welcome.
The family bathroom has both a bath with shower together with large mirror and heated towel rail.
The apartment also benefits from fibre optic ultra fast Wi-Fi which is truly unlimited.
The apartment is serviced by a professional cleaning company who provide quality bed linen and towels, washing up liquid, soap ,tea and coffee.
Entry to the property is via key code to allow flexibility for check-in and check-out. The code will be provided prior to check-in.
The apartment is located on the second floor and accessed via a staircase.
Location
The apartment is located a short stroll from the railway station and city centre. It is also only a stone’s throw from the new flagship Waitrose store where you will be able to stock up on any essentials you require.
The apartment is also located about 1 minutes walk from the Shropshire Union canal with its trendy bars and superb restaurants and is also our favourite way of walking into the city and also to the railway station.
As the apartment is in a central location some road noise is to be expected.
Guests will have the use of a reserved parking space a minutes walk away from the apartment.
Additional parking is also available free in some of the surrounding streets and there is also a small pay and display car park close to the apartment offering free parking after 5pm and only 20p for 2 hours or £3.00 all day).
Chester Race course is around a 20 minute walk from the apartment either through the city with its bustling bars, restaurants and shops or around the city walls with their picturesque views of the city’s architecture and river.This apartment is ideal for both business and leisure travels due to its proximity to the city centre. It is also only a 10 minute drive to Chester Zoo or 15 minutes to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet village, with its many designer outlet stores, restaurants, cinema and Blue Planet Aquarium.All of these attractions are also easily accessible via public transport taking as little as 30 minutes door to door.
