This stunning large villa is located right on the beach in the beautiful bay of 'Cala Sant Francesc', in Blanes. This is one of the most beautiful spots of the Costa Brava and is a high class residential villa urbanisation.



The villa has a private gate to the coastal path that leads directly to the beach. Just walk out of the garden and in 2 minutes you are on the sand!

This coastal path is called "Camí de Ronda" and is a famous walking path along the Costa Brava that connects many of its towns, beaches and creeks on foot. The villas located on this path, such as Villa Bay View, enjoy a stunning and exceptional location!



LAYOUT

The villa consists of an entrance with private open air parking for 2 or more cars.



GROUND FLOOR

On the main floor you’ll find the large living room with fireplace and Smart TV. Separate dining area.

Direct access to the garden and terrace with stunning views of the sea and beach. Exterior dining table, built in BBQ and separate exterior lounge area to enjoy the warm summer evenings while you contemplate the sea views and surrounding pine trees.



On this floor there’s one bedroom for kids with a bunk bed. Separate bathroom with shower.

Via a stairway, you’ll reach an open space with sofabed, but can also be used as living/play area for kids.



Large fully equipped kitchen with separate eating corner direct access to the terrace.

Laundry room with washing machine.



POOL AREA

In the garden you'll find the private infinity pool with stunning views of the sea! Various sun loungers and pine trees for natural shade.



FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor you’ll find 6 bedrooms:

- master bedroom (large double bed) with en-suite bathroom with double shower. Access to the balcony.

PRIVATE CLUB & NEARBY BEACH

During your stay, you’ll have access to the private club in the bay, which includes a large pool, a children’s pool, a tennis court, a bar, and a playground for kids. You’ll also have a remote control for free parking at the private lot near the beach.



The sandy beach offers water activities, the charming restaurant "Cala Bona," showers, and a lifeguard service. Other must-visit beaches nearby include Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Canyelles.



Blanes town center is less than a 5-minute drive away, offering a marina, a lively promenade, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Inside the villa, you’ll find a booklet with our personal recommendations and hotspots to make the most of your stay!



IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- One set of bath towels and one beach towel per person are included.

- Unfortunately no groups of youngsters are allowed in this villa. Minimum age is 28. Families are more than welcome!
