It`s in the quiet and beautiful countryside of the Salento inland, a short drive away from lively Gallipoli and its famous beaches, Villa Casablanca Charming House is a highly-accessorized extraluxury villa with pool and wifi connection, ideal for a memorable and luxury vacation in Apulia, in Salento. This is a refurbished historic villa, furnished with modern and design elements. With its 5 suites, it can accommodate up to 10 guests.

A Charming House keeps the charm of the noble villas in the countryside; it has belonged to the same family since 1489, a family that used to raise typical vines such as "Malvasia". During the grape harvest period, it is possible to try the amazing experience of harvesting and working at the wine cellar, with a degustation of typical products. The estate is framed by other noble villas with their typical local architecture, dating back to 1700 and 1900.

Pool, garden, porches: a luxury vacation
The comfortable villa was renovated and fully accessorized in 2018. It`s surrounded by olive trees and vineyards and it`s in rural area, it is an extraluxury villa that guarantees comfort and privacy even in the outdoor areas: the beautiful pool, the solarium with beach beds, the large furnished porch. The minimal design of the outdoor furniture exalts the charming surrounding garden, that allows the guests to have a relaxing vacation.

The rooms of the villa are balanced and relaxing. Everything was imagined with attention to details and the pale shades make the atmosphere relaxing. The rooms are characterized by the elegant furniture. The ground floor consists of a large living room with dining area and two bathrooms. The sleeping area is on the upper floor and it consists of 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and other accessories, ideal for a relaxing vacation.
On the basement floor there is another bedroom.

The surroundings of the villa
It is an extraluxury holiday home in Alezio, 6 kilometers away from the centre of Gallipoli, one of the most loved Apulian tourist destinations. Alezio is a town with ancient origins, with the main amenities, a park and various restaurants such as Le Macare. The beaches of Lido Conchiglie, Rivabella and Padula Bianca are 10-12 kilometers away, while Gallipoli`s Baia Verde is 8 kilometers away.

Dinners with specialized cooks are provided upon request, so the guests can taste the wine and food tradition of Salento. 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One bedroom is on the basement floor.
