STELLA Villa with Pool

Ciriella "Stella" - light-flooded top-level holiday home with heated saltwater pool, in an absolutely quiet location in the hills of Piedmont at 580 m above sea level for 4 people.

Our modern and comfortable house Stella, with a heated saltwater pool (approx. 6.50 x 3.50 m, depth approx. 1.40 m), is surrounded by forests, meadows, and fields, and is situated on a hill away from noise and hustle and bustle. The pool is located directly next to the house (new in 2025!), and the house and saltwater pool are exclusively yours (no other guests).

The house has two bedrooms with balconies, each furnished with a double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). A travel cot can be added to each bedroom upon request. There is one bathroom with a sink, walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet. A separate toilet with a sink is also available. A hairdryer, hand towels, bath towels, pool towels, and bed linen are included. The house has two floors.



Free Wi-Fi is available in the house and by the pool. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and pots. The open-plan living area features German satellite TV, a comfortable sofa, large windows with views of the hills and valleys, and a sound system. During the colder months, the well-insulated house is heated by a pellet-fired central heating system. Underfloor heating throughout the house, all floors tiled. Enjoy cozy evenings grilling.



The house with pool area and parking is completely fenced (approx. 1m fence height), loungers invite you to sunbathe, a dartboard and a table tennis table offer variety.

Ciriella "Stella" is located at about 580 m above sea level in the municipality of Castelletto Uzzone in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont region. From Cortemilia, the nearest larger town, it's about 10 km. From the Strada Provinciale 52, take the small paved road uphill for about three kilometers until you reach Ciriella at the end. Extensive hiking trails start right from the house. A fantastic area with superb motorcycle routes through small villages, offering plenty of curves and little traffic.

Day trips to Cinque Terre, to the sea (the idyllic town of Noli), to the wine region around Barolo, a motorcycle tour along the Ligurian border ridge road (Strada del Sale), or to the thermal springs of Acqui Terme. In autumn, the world-famous truffle fair takes place annually in Alba, offering a full program of events. Stroll through the unspoiled nature, discover the wonderful cuisine of Piedmont, or unwind with a glass of wine in the cozy atmosphere of Ciriella.

Ciriella is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the balconies.



We offer flexible arrival and departure days.



We place great importance on hygiene and cleanliness. All our bed linen and towels are cleaned and disinfected in our own laundry. All kitchen utensils are washed in the dishwasher at high temperatures between each guest departure, and bathrooms and surfaces are additionally disinfected.
