Provencal villa with heated pool in beautiful surrondings, close to the beaches

Are you longing for lazy days in a small French village among vineyards and gorgeous landscapes, but with idyllic small towns and the buzzing life and beautiful beaches of the Riviera only a short drive away?

Our spacious summer house is located only 20 minutes away from some of the best beaches France has to offer. The house is perfect for families with children, the extended family or friends on holiday. The garden is sheltered for access and there is a large free area at the back. The property has many nice outdoor areas. The barbecue area with grill and pizza oven, the lounge area, sun beds by the pool or shaded areas by the main entrance and under the tree in the back garden.

The house is all on one level with two air conditioning systems installed. Outside there is a lovely garden to relax in, with the 8x4 m heated pool as the natural center. (Cleaning of pool 2 times a week. The pool is normally open from april to mid October.) On the fenced property we also have parking for 3 cars within the gate. The house is located in a safe and quiet area with French neighbors and no mass tourism. The airport of Nice is 45 min. away. Our local assistants in the village live in the same street and are happy to assist you throughout your stay if it is desirable or necessary.
Content: Entrance hall, separate well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 2 with bunk beds.) Large double bathroom with spacious shower, separate toilet. One en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet located by one of the master bedrooms which also has a sofa area. Large living room with TV and sofa, dining area and double glass doors leading onto the terrace.
You will find the local baker at the village square after a short stroll through the forest path behind the house. By the way, only 2 minutes from the house is also one of several nice playgrounds for the children. Every Saturday morning there is a charming Provencal market on the square with fruits and vegetables, local products and specialties. In addition to the bakery you will find a supermarket, butcher, pharmacy / doctor, pizza takeaway, deli shop, newsagent and bar / restaurant among other stores in the village, where the locals play petanque in the afternoon.

Whatever you desire for your holiday, loads of great experiences and excursions await you close by. Riding, cycling, canoeing, mountain walks, golf, beach and city life, vineyards and beautiful medieval towns to name a few are all within a 20 minute drive.
