Quiet and private area , in walled grounds, 50m to beach, with jacuzzi bath

Villa Eden is a newly built, large and tastefully furnished house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located in Mashraba which is the main tourist centre of Dahab.
The house is set in large private grounds off the main street lined with hotels, cafes and shops and is just 50m to the beach. Access to the private area is through a gate on the street, and the grounds are walled on each side so the house benefits from maximum privacy and quietness also. Hotel Christina is our neighbour.

The house itself has a small garden/yard set behind the villa walls. This gives maximum privacy to the guest who can enjoy relaxing and dining in this private area making use of the charcoal BBQ grill.

The house has 67 sqm interior space and comprises a large and airy open plan living / dining room with full kitchen. Access to the house is via double doors from the yard up a few steps and into the living room.

Off the living room is a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, this room has double doors that also open onto the yard. The twin bedroom is also off the living room and has 2 single beds.

The house has a full bathroom with jacuzzi corner bath and a full shower room.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a ceiling fan in the living room. The house has satelite TV and wifi.

The house is newly built and all the furnishings, appliances and decor are new and in perfect condition.

Access to the beach and the main coastal path is just across the street and down a pedestrian alleyway.

Laguna beach is a 10 minute walk away. This beach is famous for snorkelling on its pristine reef and for windsurfing and kite surfing too. The Laguna reef has a sandy bed and the coral is not deep. You can also enjoy BBQing on the beach.

Please note that Egyptian morality rules apply around mixed groups of unmarried Egyptian guys and gals. Couples must be married. This also applies to those from the neighbouring Arab nations. Lady guests of any nationality cannot receive male visitors to the house as per Egyptian law.
