4 **** as voted by Visit England Luxury period style 2 bedroom apartment ideally situated within 5 minutes walk into the center of the popular historical coastal town of Whitby.
The County boutique apartment is a rather special 2 bedroom apartment looking down towards Whitby Harbour. The apartment boasts a beautifully furnished living room with period high ceilings, 2 extra large bay windows allowing the light to flood in. With a solid oak gallery kitchen with granite worktops and a dining area for 4 this makes for cosy nights in together or leisurely breakfasts watching the world go by. We have a good selection of DVD’s, books, a Bluetooth radio and a firestick smart TV for your entertainment. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size four poster bed and the second with a choice of a King size bed or twin singles. Please state when booking your preference. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and overhead shower.
The property is in a residential area of Whitby which has no parking restrictions, although parking is on a first come first serve basis we have always got parked no problem within a few yards of the property even in August. Once parked everything in Whitby is within walking distance so you do not even need your car if you so wished.
The property has a spacious feel whilst being cosy and warm for those romantic nights in.
Towels and bedding will be provided for your stay.
This property is furnished to the standard of our second home and is superbly equipped in every area.

A lovely apartment, clean and with everything you need. It's close enough to the town that you can walk in, literally 5 mins ( as long as you dont mind the hill to get back!)We had an issue with the Internet whilst we were there, but full credit to Kerry and Graham who visited the same day and ensured we had connection. Parking is on the road (and it is quite busy) - but on the days we ventured out in the car, we were lucky enough to find a spot close by on our return.Would recommend Trenchers for fish and chips and a trip on the open top bus.

Having stayed before we knew that the apartment would be spotlessly clean and nicely furnished and decorated. We take out now, 4 year old Granddaughter with us for a bit of Sea ,Sand and Seagull time. She loves the great big bed in her room and the excellent selection of toys to play with while we get ready . An easy walk into the centre of Whitby , with refreshment points and a handy Co Op available for the trip home . Friendly neighbours and parking close by . What else do you need for a good time ? We had glorious weather as well !0/10

We booked six nights in this apartment in the first week of June. We loved it! Big windows, bright airy rooms, spotlessly clean, central heating, TV with firestick, etc and just a few minutes walk from the harbour area. All great stuff. Kerry kept us up to date with arrangements for access, advice on amenities within the apartment, and places to visit, and things to see and do in and around Whitby. All in all we had a great stay and would be delighted to return to this apartment . . . . great memories, indeed!

The apartment is in a good position for the centre of Whitby, it is on a slight hill so its a little struggle for less mobile people going back up. The apartment is clean and tidy, beds are comfortable, it has everything you need, including body wash, shampoo and conditioner, which was a nice touch. If the weather is hot, I would take an extra fan with you although there is 1 fan at the apartment. 2 would of been better so you could have 1 in the bedroom too.

Excellent stay beds very comfortable, lovely apartment, only downside is walking back up a very steep hill, wouldn't recommend anyone with walking issues we will definitely go back just get a taxi back up to the apartment.

Lovely family holiday

Lovely apartment, great facilities and well stocked with tea, coffee and other necessities. Very close to the centre and a nice walk. Host was lovely and provided all information needed in good time. No confusion with checking in everything worked perfectly and was ready on time. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I purchased this apartment in late 2017 to have a home from home as we spend a lot of time in the lovely coastal resort of Whitby with family, some of whom, live there now. We have personally lovingly redecorated and refurnished the property to a very high standard and want people to share this beautiful place with us. Whitby has everything we could ever want from the amazing walking in the hills, coastline and surrounding villages to some of the best food you could find anywhere. We hope you will love this place as we do and want to return time after time.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

My husband spent many holidays in Whitby as a child but I only discovered it in my adult life but after years of staying with relatives or renting we felt we could not pass up on the opportunity to purchase a beautiful property in the heart of Whitby where we can park the car up and never touch it again until it is time to go home. I personally knew I could turn this property into our home from home which I feel we have achieved.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The light in this apartment with the 3 large bay windows and high ceilings is what really sold this to me. It is a wonderful base in which to explore the area come rain, shine, summer or winter, the apartment is a warm, cosy place in which we can come back home to.
