THE PROPERTY: An open staircase leading to the second floor is where your vacation begins! The reverse floor plan, tres chic dĆ©cor, and open living room with vaulted ceiling are dazzling. Relax and mingle with guests in this beautiful, functional space. The petite yet mighty eat-in kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Stroll through the living roomā€™s French doors onto the comfortably furnished veranda and enjoy the cool breezes of Key West. The homeā€™s first floor is where two king ensuite bedrooms are located, as well as a stackable washer and dryer. This unique homeā€™s mix of white walls, wood accents and stylish art, will help you enjoy the Key West vibe.

Should you need additional space for wedding guests or a family reunion, Petite Maison may be rented together with Grand Maison. Together, both properties sleep a total of 12 guests and boast 6 ensuite bedrooms. Please see Maisons de Luxe to rent both homes.

BED CONFIGURATION: The smart floor plan of this cottage allows for two king bedrooms with ensuite baths on the first floor. Each bedroom has night tables, TVs, natural light and ceiling fans.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The second floor of this home opens onto a comfortably furnished covered veranda where you can enjoy coffee or cocktails. The home is close to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach. Please note this home does NOT have access to a pool.

PARKING: There is parking for one car however, from this convenient location, you may find yourself touring Key West on foot.

LOCATION: Petite Maison is located on a quiet, hidden lane behind Duval Street. The home is on the southern end of Duval Street near cafes and night clubs. You can walk to many attractions including the Southernmost Point and the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory.

PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property.

Itā€™s a great place and we would stay here again. Clean and well thought out. Worth the extra money we paid to be there. The location is amazing too and some of the best restaurants in key west are 2 minutes walk away. They also took little feedback we gave seriously and will address it. Itā€™s a great place.

The Key West Rental folks were amazing! Organized, responsive and timely. Petite Maison was perfect for our stay. The location is so close to many good restaurants and bars, it was spotless and well stocked. Really a great property that is perfectly managed. We will definitely be back!

Steps from Duval street and within walking/biking distance so many great restaurants. We rented bikes for the week and rode everywhere. The accommodations inside were perfect with comfortable beds, an amazing deck for morning coffee, and a quiet neighborhood for a peaceful nights rest. Would definitely stay there next time.

Great communication throughout booking and check in! Clean, great decor and ammentities. Loved the location and able to walk where we wanted. Parking was a bonus for our golf cart rental. Would love to stay again.

What a cozy property for 4 people. The outdoor patio was a favorite spot for us. The rooms were small but very comfortable. The bathrooms could use a shelf or two for toiletries but we made due. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great place!

We just loved this house. It was extremely clean and perfect for 4 adults. I loved the close proximity to Duvall street and we walked almost everywhere. The parking space was ample for our Lexus SUV. It was quiet and comfy. We will book again!

I really enjoyed the attention to the details which had been given carefully to this very comfortable Villa in the heart of old key west. it's steps away from a cocktail or a great breakfast right in the heart of key west. and the communication was wonderful with the management. they kept sending texts and followed up on any of our needs. they had a recommendation for a quick fishing trip which I was interested in .it was a party boat fishing trip and it was very reasonable it was called salty dog fishing.thank you for a great stay.
