The living area features a spacious and airy kitchen complete with granite counter top, ample storage, and a breakfast bar. Carrying on through the space you will find both the living and dining area – both overlooking the pool and partial views of the Pacific Ocean beyond.

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
