Positioned in the sought-after neighborhood of Arrocito, the home offers a rare combination of privacy and proximity—set within a quiet residential enclave, yet just minutes from Huatulco’s beaches, dining, and local experiences.

Architecturally, the villa is defined by its seamless blend of traditional Mexican design and open-concept living. Natural materials, airy volumes, and thoughtful detailing create a sense of understated luxury throughout. Days unfold around the private pool terrace, framed by lush surroundings and designed for long, unhurried afternoons in the sun.

At the heart of the home, a dramatic central palapa crowns the main living space—an inviting, light-filled environment that captures the essence of indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen is both functional and refined, featuring granite countertops, generous storage, and a breakfast bar that transitions effortlessly into the dining and lounge areas.

• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
