The apartment has one bedroom, with a double bed, plus a double sofa bed in the living room, which makes it suitable for 4 guests (travel cot included). In addition, it is equipped with all comforts, wifi, air conditioning hot / cold, television, appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, iron, cot.
The apartment is 5 minutes from the Alameda / San Lorenzo and only 15 minutes from the monumental center and near iconic streets such as Tetuán and Sierpes, where you can do your shopping or even enjoy our famous fish in adobo. It is also a 2-minute walk from the Guadalquivir River promenade, where you can enjoy the best view of the city and fall in love with Seville.

My place is located in San Vicente Street, near from markets where you can buy the best organic food you could possibly imagine if you feel like cooking and staying at home. On the other hand it's also 2 minutes walking from Guadalquivir river where you can enjoy the nicest view of the city and fall in love with Seville, as I did a long time ago. Also it is 15 minuutes walking from the monumental city center, There you will find so many places too, such as bar, restaurants, pubs, etc ...

During the stay you have access to the entire house, you will enjoy the entire apartment.
In the kitchen you can prepare your favorite dishes as it is fully equipped, so you can use everything.
The house is delivered with the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day.

OUTSTANDING ASPECTS

The time of check-in is from 3 in the afternoon, although in some cases you can enter before, just ask me. If you arrive after 11 at night there will be a night check-in fee of € 15, to be paid at the time of Check In.
The entrance door to the apartment closes suddenly. It is important not to forget the keys inside the apartment or put in the lock during your stay in the city. At Check-Out time, please leave the keys on the lounge table and close the door behind you. The departure time is before 11 if we have not agreed another hour previously. Our cleaning girl will arrive around 11. If you agree with her, please, let her enter.

Check in time is at 3PM or later, although sometimes I may manage to let you in before, so just ask. If you arrive later than 11PM there will be a small late check-in fee of € 15 to be paid at arrival.
The front door is self-locking. Please do not leave the keys in the apartment while you are still in the city. Upon checkout, please just leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind you. The checkout time is anytime before 11AM unless you agreed to checkout at a different time in advance. Our housekeeper will usually eat at 11AM, in which case, please let her in!

Very close to the Alameda / San Lorenzo, just 5 minutes away where there are many shops, bars, restaurants and leisure area, is the nerve center of Sevillian life. It is an area of ​​cheerful pedestrian streets, characterized by its large number of shops, many of them with more than a century of existence. At a distance of delicious walk of no more than 15 minutes we enter the pedestrian zone of the surroundings of the Cathedral, with its Giralda, and the District of Santa Cruz, Judería and Arenal.
