What an incredible photograph. The horizon is so huge at the Lighthouse that it is often difficult to capture the light in a photograph, but we are thrilled that you succeeded here. Our ambition when we rebuilt, designed and furnished the house was to create a place where other families and groups of friends could enjoy a perfect holiday in real comfort. The aim of the detailed Information Booklet is to provide every guest with a full range of the opportunities so that they can make the most of their stay. We are delighted you found it helpful. Local knowledge allows us also to offer a unique insight and access to one-off events that might not be publicised and we were so pleased that you enjoyed watching the old ocean-going paddle steamer arrive for a rare visit to the harbour. It was a lovely glimpse into times past when all visitors to Gairloch arrived by sea. We hope you will return (by land or sea) soon.
