Villa Bina is a newly renovated, charming and romantic Villa on the eastern side of Istria. It has been carefully renovated with plenty of love and personal touch. Surrounded by green nature and Mediterranean growth provides complete privacy for your comfort and relaxation.
The private pool is for your use only, where you can enjoy sunbathing, the summer nights with a night swim, or a glass of wine next to the water.
The interior is air-conditioned and filled with beautiful details that give this semi-detached house a special touch. The kitchen is completely equipped, and there is plenty of living and dining room space.
The bedrooms overlook the quiet and relaxing nature.

The nearest beach is a few minutes drive away, magnificent restaurants are all dotted around, and the shops for groceries and everything else within a few minutes drive.

Excellent house

It’s an excellent house, everything was 100% ok, very nice pool, perfect airco, good beds, good decoration, quit surroundings and not the least important, Ervina is the best contact person you can imagine. Highly recommended!!

We really liked our stay at Villa Bina. Everything is as described and the equipment of the house/kitchen is more than sufficient. Very big and beautiful located property as well. The welcome by Ervina was so gentle too! To conclude: Thank you for a perfect stay in Croatia!

Great holiday in Trget

This is a charming little villa with its own olive and figue trees garden. Everything was very clean, all you need for a shorter or longer stay is there starting from the dishes to iron and washing maschine. We really enjoyed the big garden and the privacy the property offers. There are 3 different seating areas and a decent size pool. We were grilling almost every evening to take advantage of the warm summer evenings. The house itself is very nice and fits fine a family of 4 persons. A big thank you to Ervina who really made our stay perfect. We would absolutely recommend this nice villa for your holiday.

A very pleasant stay at a great, calm place

We really enjoyed our stay. It started with a warm welcome by Ervina and the surprise that the house and surroundings really look like the pictures in the add. The whole house and pool were very clean (the pool was cleaned every day) and well equiped. It is not in the center of touristic sites, but if you want to spend some quiet days on the pool it is an ideal choice. And if you want to see more of Istria, Pula is just an hour away,... The next supermarkets are just 10 km off, so it is no problem to get stores either from the supermarkets or from the market in Labin. All in all we really had a great holiday and will certainly remember it for a long time. And we are already thinking about coming back next year.

Das Ferienhaus machte einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Zu bemängeln gab es lediglich die Nähe zur anderen Doppelhaushälfte und einem weiteren Ferienhaus, durch deren Feriengäste wir z. T. sehr gestört wurden, so dass wir die eine Terrasse fast gar nicht nutzen konnten.

Wir hatten einen grandiosen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Wir wurden von Ervina sehr nett begrüßt und die Kommunikation war immer super. Auch bei Fragen konnten wir Ervina immer erreichen.Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Wir würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für Alles. :-)

Herbsturlaub in Istrien

Das Haus war perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub mit Hund. Wir haben uns in dem großen Haus auf dem wunderschönen Grundstück mit Pool sehr wohlgefühlt. Die direkte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig aber gut angebunden an die verschiedenen Ausflugsziele. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist ausgesprochen nett und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Ervina hatte tolle Ausflugstipps.

Alles wie es soll und beschrieben ist

Die Übergabe durch die ausgesprochen freundliche Ervina war schnell erledigt. Das Haus super sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit höherwertigen Möbeln und Geräten. Drei Terrassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Tisch geben die Möglichkeit, für jede Tageszeit viel oder wenig Sonne zu haben. Obwohl September, hat auch die Klimaanlage im Haus einen guten Job machen müssen und gemacht. WLAN und Satellitenfernsehen einwandfrei im ganzen Haus. Der Pool wird täglich am frühen Morgen gereinigt. Wir waren eine Woche lang völlig ungestört und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gerne wieder.

Sommerferien

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeberin Ervina ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen zum Empfang Kuchen, Wein und Wasser, zum Abschied das selbstgemachte Olivenöl aus dem angrenzenden Olivenhain. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche!

Very beautifully House

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Garten, der Pool und die Terrassen sind wirklich sehr schön und laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist mit dem Auto minimal, zu Fuß aber im Sommer zu weit, da es für den Rückweg nur bergauf geht und bei über 30 Grad im Sommer (was wundervoll ist) sollte man nicht 40 min laufen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Man hat das ganze Haus für sich und mehrere schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Einmal am Pool wo ein Grill mit Tisch ist sowie Liegestühle Einmal überdacht in Richtung Garten mit sehr großem Holztisch sowie einmal in Richtung Einfahrt wo nochmal ein kleiner Tisch ist mit 4 Stühlen. Diesen Platz haben wir gerne zum früstücken genutzt. Generell war es ein super Aufenthalt und eine schöne Gegend. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist das das Meer fußläufig ca. 2km weg ist also etwas weiter und das die Straßen direkt um das Gebäude herum sehr schmall sind.

Fantastica Villa nella campagna istriana

La villa è magnifica. Pace e tranquillità sono un elemento vincente, oltre alla bellezza dell’abitazione - tenuta con cura e amore dalla proprietaria. La host Ervina è una persona gentilissima, pronta a dare informazioni e consigli. È stata anche molto disponibile per risolvere inconvenienti dovuti a una giornata di maltempo. La piscina è un punto di forza, oltre al fatto di trovare in casa tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Grande giardino, barbecue, una bella amaca e un dondolo… davvero ci si può rilassare. Tutto estremamente pulito e ordinato. La villa è vicina a Labin - un paese incantevole- ma anche a spiagge come Rabac o Ravni (molto bella). In un’oretta si possono visitare Pula, Rovigno o Parenzo… Consigliatissima!!

Erholsames und ruhig gelegenes Objekt - mit tierischen Nachbarn

Der Aufenthalt insgesamt ist als gut zu bewerten. Besonders positiv muss man die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Objekts im inneren Hervorheben. Sowie die Freundlichkeit bei der Übergabe durch Ervina. Das Objekt selbst liegt sehr ländlich und ruhig, wer Wert auf Ruhe legt, ist hier wirklich in einer Idyllischen Lage angekommen. Warum nur 2 Sterne in der Gesamtbewertung? Leider ist nirgendwo vermerkt, dass es aufgrund der ländlichen und natürlichen Lage auch entsprechende „Natürliche Nachbarn“ gibt. Zu unserer Zeit hat es von großen(7cm!) Heuschrecken (3 verschiedene Arten) gewimmelt; um es bildlich darzustellen: Wenn man einen Fuß vor den anderen setzt, springen 5-10 Heuschrecken kreuz und quer gegen das eigene Bein bis in Hüfthöhe - für unsere Kinder war damit das Thema Garten und Einfahrt durch, da die Heuschrecken bei Kindern in Gesichthöhe springen. Somit haben wir nur den Pool und das Haus genutzt, bei der Poolnutzung war ein Elternteil dann dauerhaft tätig um Heuschrecken aus dem Pool und der Umgebung zu entfernen. Von der Agentur habe ich trotz E-Mail Kontakt nur ein „.. das ist halt so, aufgrund Naturschutz kann man nichts machen“ nach 3 E-Mails mit je 24h Bearbeitungszeit zurückerhalten, in der Preiskategorie hätte ich mehr erwartet - es geht hierbei nicht ums Vernichten sondern die Information und Transparenz im Inserat! Folgende Begegnungen gab es noch im Haus: Skorpion, apulische Tarantel

Mit so viel Liebe

Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Bilder sind auch echt und nicht geschönt, es sieht wirklich alles so aus. Ervina, die Vermieterin, macht das alles mit sehr viel Liebe und Herzblut. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön und machen richtig Spaß. Außerdem ist Ervina immer bei Fragen erreichbar und meldet sich auch von alleine, um nach dem Wohlergehen zu fragen oder Tipps für Ausflüge zu geben. Unser einziges Manko waren die Betten. Für uns waren die Matratzen zu hart. Aber das ist persönliches Empfinden. Aber die Betten waren ansonsten frisch, sauber und von guter Qualität. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder.

Kleines Paradies

Wir haben wieder die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit der Villa Bina rundum gemossen! Das zauberhafte Haus auf einem traumhaften weitläufigen Grundstück hatte uns sofort wieder begeistert. Gut gelegen für viele Tagesausflüge ins schöne Istrien und um Einkäufe im nahegelegenen Labin zu erledigen. Zwischendurch faule Tage am Pool und ein sehr gutes Essen am Hafen von Trget. Ervina Lanca ist eine liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen ist. Schweren Herzens sind wir aus diesem kleinen Paradies abgereist.

Manchmal trügt der Schein...

Am Reiseziel angekommen, trat erst einmal Ernüchterung ein. Die Villa mit entpuppte sich als Doppelhaushälfte, wobei die andere Haushälfte eine Baustelle war. Zwar aktuell ohne Bauaktivität, aber trotzdem eine Baustelle. Dies war in der Objektbeschreibung so nicht erwähnt. Die Beleuchtung am Pool war ohne äußerliche Abdeckung. Nicht schön, aber vor allem eine Gefahrenquelle für kleine Kinderhände. Leider hatten wir auch Pech mit den Nachbarn. Am Anreisetag zog im Nachbarhaus eine Gruppe Jugendlicher ein, die im gesamten Tagesverlauf die verschiedensten Musikstile via Bassbox abspielten und den ganzen Ort beschallten. Zwar waren sie im Umgang nett, kamen der Aufforderung die Musik leiser zu machen auch nach, aber der permanente Bass der Musik im Hintergrund war trotzdem zu hören und störend. Die Umgebung ist sonst sehr ruhig, das hätten wir gerne genossen. Aber, siehe oben. Für jegliche Unternehmungen vor Ort ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. Ob für den Strand, oder zum Einkaufen. Man muss immer fahren. Und die bergige Umgebung lässt die vermeintlich kurzen Wege zu langen Ausfahrten werden. Für einen Strandurlaub ist die nähere Umgebung nicht geeignet. In der Bucht von Trget ist ein kleiner Industriehafen angesiedelt. Hier wird Holz und Vieh über den Wasserweg verschifft. Die von der Vermieterin empfohlenen Strände entsprachen so gar nicht dem gewohnten Bild kroatischer, ruhiger Strände. Entweder mit Industrie im Strandbereich, oder viel zu viele Menschen auf engem Raum. Via moderner Medien haben wir einen kleinen Strand gefunden, aber der Weg dahin war Kindern fast nicht zumutbar. Positiv war der nette Kontakt zur Vermieterin und die Sauberkeit des Objektes. Der Weinkeller ist eine Besonderheit. Alles in Allem waren wir aber enttäuscht und sind als Liebhaber von Kroatien andere Verhältnisse in dieser Preiskategorie gewohnt. Ein wenig mehr Ehrlichkeit vom Veranstalter und Vermieter wäre schön gewesen. Hätte ich von der Baustelle gewusst, hätte ich das Objekt so nicht gebucht.

Perfect vakantiehuis!

We hebben een heerlijke week vakantie gehad met ons gezin! De ontvangst was heel hartelijk met een zelfgebakken cake, vers fruit en drankjes door de eigenaresse. Het huis is superschoon, van alle luxe voorzien en heeft een prachtig zwembad. Het huis is heel rustig gelegen, maar op goede afstand van leuke uitstapjes naar Pula, Labin, Rabac en allemaal mooie strandjes. Kortom een vakantiehuis voor een heerlijke vakantie in Instrië!

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben eine Woche im Juli in dem schönen Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Ankunft empfing uns Evina, die uns alles Wichtige zeigte. Auf dem Esstisch standen Blumen, ein selbst gebackener Kuchen und eine Flasche Wein. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Vom Grillbesteck, über ausreichend Teller und Gläser bis hin zum Sandwich-Maker ist alles vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen beide über ein direkt angeschlossenes Bad. Wobei nur das Bad des "Kinderzimmers" (mit den beiden Einzelbetten) über eine abgeschlossene Dusche verfügt. Das Bad des Elternschlafzimmers hat eine Badewanne/ Whirlpool. Zwar hängt dort auch ein Duschkopf, aber beim Duschen würde man vermutlich das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzen. Wir haben daher alle im "Kinderbad" geduscht. Was aber auch kein Problem war. Die Sauberkeit des gesamten Hauses war wirklich top. Der Pool hat eine sehr gute Größe und wurde jeden Morgen um 6 Uhr von einer Nachbarin überprüft und gesäubert. Das Haus liegt recht ländlich und ruhig. Bis zum nächsten großen Supermarkt in Labin sind es etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort bekommt man dann aber alles, was man braucht. Alles in allem hatten wir in dem Haus eine tolle und entspannte Woche und kommen gerne wieder!
