The space:
In this modern private house the luminosity will enter through the large windows located in each space.

It is ideal for groups of friends and families who wish to spend their holidays together as it has a capacity of up to 12 people. They can be comfortably accommodated in any of the 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed.
To accommodate the twelve guests, two of them can be accommodated in two single extra beds that would be placed in the two rooms with a double bed.

Four out of the five bedrooms have high-powered ceiling fans to cool down the different rooms as well as the living rooms.
There is a living room on the ground floor with a large table for up to 12 people where you can enjoy a meal together while others sunbathe and relax in the garden as there are large glass doors throughout the all living room that connect both environments.
The kitchen is very spacious and is fully equipped (cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, microwave, induction fire, oven, American fridge,...)

You can enjoy a meal outdoor using the 6 burner gas BBQ located in the garden and rest on the large outdoor sofa or sun loungers.

There is a SWIMMING-POOL 6m long by 4m.

The wide beach of Las Salinas is less than 300m and can be accessed from the back door of the house for greater proximity.

Other things to note:
*The beds will be assigned according to the number of people in the reservation.
*There is a charge for water after 1.5m3 per day consumption.
There is a charge for electricity after 25kw per day consumption.
*BBQ: Please make sure the BBQ is left cleaned after use.
*Cleaning: Being a large house, the € 150 cleaning charge covers bed linen, towels and set-up of the chalet. For this reason you must deliver the house in a similar state of cleanliness and order that was delivered, (with the exception of bedding and towels), If the house is delivered in poor condition and very disorderly would be deducted € 100 from the deposit .
*Above 10 guest there is an extra charge of 10€ per night and guest.
*The garage of the house is used for storage of the administration so the guests will not have access during the stay. The administration can access the garage through the sliding door outside the house during any stay.
