The beautiful and newly renovated villa with private pool is located 300 meters above sea level in a complex on the golf course overlooking the golf course, the sea and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



On the ground floor there is 1 living room with dining area and kitchen, 1 laundry room, 1 bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.



The house is fully equipped with coffee machine Dolce Gusto, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cot, high chair, air conditioning, Internet and satellite TV.



The outdoor area



In the beautiful outdoor area there is a terrace with a covered area, sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue (fee), garden, parking, private pool (3 m x 4 m x 1.4 m) and electric pool heating (fee). The complex also has a communal area with a terrace, sun loungers and a shared swimming pool (18 mx 5 mx 1.4 m).

The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
