Salobre Los Lagos 26 is a holiday home for guests who want a comfortable, well-designed base with a close connection to the landscape of southern Gran Canaria. From the garden and the upper terrace, the house offers views of the golf course, the sea and the mountains, giving it a distinctive character within Salobre Golf Resort.



The property is located in the Los Lagos complex, in the area of the hotel and the Tabaibas complex, within the residential landscape of the resort. It is a good choice for guests who want their own outdoor space, a private pool and access to a shared pool area.



With 95 m² of living space on a 215 m² plot, the house can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. Its two-floor layout works well for a small family, two couples or guests who appreciate a clear separation between shared living areas and bedrooms.



On the ground floor, there is a living and dining area with kitchen, a utility room, one bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and one bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a second bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, another bathroom with shower and an upper terrace that opens the house to a different perspective of the surroundings.



The outdoor area is made for easy days in the Salobre climate: terrace, covered terrace, garden, sun loungers, outdoor shower, parking and private pool. The private pool measures 3.77 x 2.10 metres and has a depth of 1.04 metres, ideal for refreshing moments at home. Guests also have access to a shared pool measuring 18 x 5 metres, with terrace, sun loungers and outdoor shower.



Inside, the house includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning for cooling only, satellite TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, blender, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair.



Electric heating for the private pool is available at an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C. The charcoal barbecue is also available at an additional cost. Mid-stay cleaning is not included in the price, but it can be requested as an extra service.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, pool towels and pool cleaning once a week.



Mandatory final cleaning: €150.00 per stay.

Charcoal barbecue: €80.25 per stay.

Pets on request, with an extra charge per dog: €80.25 per stay.

Security deposit: €300.00.

Not available for groups of young people.

Smoking is not allowed except in the outdoor areas.
