This studio apt features a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, wifi, a sitting area and SHARED access to large fenced yard, and SHARED laundry room. "Shared" means it's is a separate rental in the daylight-basement of my home, separate accommodations from the upper level main house rental, which guests will also have access to the back yard and laundry facilities.
*Note, this is an older home with low ceilings, this unit is affectionately known as the Hobbit Hole. If you are over 6' tall you may have to duck through doorways, but is otherwise very comfortable ;)
