Amidst the tropical gardens of Mount Cinnamon, the villa is a very private tranquil oasis, cleverly designed to embrace open-air Caribbean living. The villa is located at the top of the hill but well worth the walk up. Your reward is the spectacular view!
With 6,000 sq ft of indoor space, verandas and decks, the villa is incredibly spacious. The villa is specifically designed for outdoor living and is arranged to take maximum advantage of the views from all rooms and its own large infinity pool and hot tub. It has been stylishly decorated with contemporary classic furnishings and every comfort and amenity has been incorporated into the design.
There are 3 bedrooms, two king size doubles and one twin, all with en-suite facilities. One has a further bedroom attached suitable for children sharing with their parents.
There are two large living rooms, both with wide screen tv's. One is upstairs to make the most of the view and has a fitted cocktail bar including wine cooler and sink, the other is on the ground floor and opens onto the deck and swimming pool area.
Also on the ground floor is a luxury kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer as well as a laundry room with washing machine. Outside on the deck is a gas fired Weber Barbeque.
Guests at the house enjoy full complimentary access to all the facilities of the Mount Cinnamon Resort on the pristine white sand of Grenada's best known beach, Grand Anse. These include the beach club with sun loungers, umbrellas, non-motorised watersports, bar and lunchtime menu, an air-conditioned fitness room and tennis court. The excellent Flying Fish restaurant is also on site.
Included within the rental rate is daily housekeeping and use of the concierge services of Mount Cinnamon's front desk.
