The cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very large kitchen-dining room with HTH kitchen, sofa from Hay, wood stove, TV and DVD player. From the entrance you enter the large kitchen-dining room with sloping ceilings and large windows, which bring nature into the living room. The living room has a sofa arrangement, dining area and wood burning stove. Exit to huge wooden terrace in larch wood, which follows the house around, so you can enjoy the sun all day. The large master bedroom has an elevation bed, built-in closet and beautiful views of the protected area and direct access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The house's second bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and its own exit to the terrace and sea view. Bathroom also with shower and underfloor heating. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with 140 cm wide bed in the lower bunk and 90 cm wide upper bunk. Also built-in closet. The whole plot is framed by large trees, and you can move undisturbed everywhere. The property is located in the middle of the area, and from here there is a south-facing view of a large, protected area with hills, where organic cows graze in the summer. To the west there is a beautiful sea view with beautiful sunset. A small walk of only approx. 200 m leads to the beach with beautiful bathing water and plenty of opportunities for angling. If you go right along the beach, you come to Klint limestone quarry, a beautiful natural area. If you turn left, you can take long walks along the beach to Lumsås or turn into Sonnerupskoven. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
