The space
Amazing lake view!
Located in a resort complex consisting of two towers and an administration building this complex has too many amenities to list.
Our unit easily sleeps 6 with two bedrooms that each have a king size bed and a bunk room with two bunk beds. We do not have a sofa bed in the living room as we feel all our guests should sleep in a real bed. All our mattresses were replaced to ensure our guests get a good nights sleep.

Full access to entire condo and large double wide private balcony! Plus you have access to three pools, a hot tub spa, two gyms and even a game room!

No Resort Fees

On site Front Desk (small admin building as you drive in) will check you in and give you keys and parking pass just like a hotel.

Guests can use ALL the resort’s facilities which include several heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a tiki bar, two fitness centers and a boardwalk with dock that accesses Lake Bryan.

Our building was completely refurbished in 2021 and our unit has a many upgrades including new AC in 2025 and new hot water tank in 2026

PLEASE NOTE: only a starter supply of soaps and toilet paper is provided. If you are staying more than one or two days there is a Dollar Store beside the mini-golf and a WalMart one mile east of our entrance on 535

When you are arrive, you must turn into the temporary parking lot right outside the main gate and walk to the front desk to check in at the small administration building, once you have checked in, your room keys will open the main gates when needed. You will also be given a parking pass.

There are no extra resort charges although there are costs for vendors outside resort like mini-golf and kayak rental
