As guests of this two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, located in an extremely attractive area, the famous Born neighborhood, you will enjoy the luxury of being just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the real pulse of the city: Las Ramblas. And if you prefer to relax in the comfort of the apartment, a well-furnished terrace with enviable views will allow you to do so in style.
Newly refurbished and brand new accommodation. This inspiring 50 m2 apartment is perfect for families or large groups of visitors looking to explore the Catalan capital. It's just a short walk from the beach and a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter; plus, it comes with a few features that make staying in as good an idea as exploring the city outside.
Take for example the terrace overlooking the main tourist attractions, equipped with sun loungers and dining furniture for alfresco meals, plus showers to cool off in the summer heat.
Knowing that the building is secure and offers complete privacy, it won't cost you anything to settle in the Born, the trendy neighborhood for visitors and locals alike. Barcelona's imposing cathedral, Las Ramblas, Port Vell and the city's famous beaches are all within walking distance. Great location, little details missing

Awesome location, very walkable with lots of food and entertainment options near by. Space was clean however lacked the touches shown in the photos (no plants, rugs, coziness etc) it felt a little cold. Host could provide more toilet paper, paper towel, coffee given the price of the unit (we had to purchase all of these during our stay). Overall the location made the stay worthwhile!

Graduation trip to Barcelona

We stayed in Barcelona early July and loved the apartment and location. The air conditioning stayed very cool, communication with the property management was very quick and responsive, and the location couldn’t be better. We had a noise issue with some other guests around midnight on our last night drinking and be loud in the hallway outside our door. I messaged management and they took care of it right away. My only gripes were the fact that there were only 1 pillow for each of the twin beds, I wish there was an extra loveseat or chair in the living room, and the rooms didn’t have any place to put our luggage, so we had to leave a couple bags in the living room, but those are not-picky. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Overall it was a great location and great for little kids (5 & 3). We loved having the elevator and a supermarket next door. The apartment was comfortable and had what we needed (the other reviews are correct and there are no extras, like blankets in the pictures) We would have loved under the beds cleaned a bit more at there were a bunch of dust bunnies. Also, please be warned there is a bunch of construction across the street and next door. It was bit disappointing to have so much construction and not be able to use the balcony as much as we would have liked, particularly for the price. However, the location is top notch and we loved all the restaurants around us and the easy access to the metro.

Havre de paix dans le quartier du Born

Nous avons passé deux nuits simplement parfaites (mes 4 enfants ados et moi) dans cet appartement niché au sommet d'un petit immeuble dans notre quartier préféré de Barcelone le Born. Toute l'organisation s'est faite de manière très fluide (réservation, adresse, clés, parking etc). Nous reviendrons! Merci!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Barcelona

Fantastic apartment! Perfect location, as it is close to delicious restaurants, bakeries and little supermarkets. Although we arrived early in the morning, there was no problem at all. Retrieving the key was so easy and fast. The apartment is very high standard and looks like its been recently refurbished. Spotlessly clean also. The people of Enjoybcn were extremely kind and helpful. They arranged the transfer from the airport to the apartment and also helped us rent two cars to go to Tossa de Mar. Thank you for having us. We would come back for sure!
