Have a safe and secure holiday with your family or friends in our beautiful 5 bedroom villa with its own private pool, tropical gardens, free WiFi, A/C parking.

Superb, spacious villa located next to Benalmadena Marina. Beautiful pool and tropical gardens. 3 mins walk to the marina, beach, restaurants. Ideal for all ages., wheelchair accessible.

The Villa is very spacious and finished to a high standard and has everything you need to have a perfect holiday.

For older people or those with mobility needs the villa is on one level with ramps available.

The location of this Villa is fabulous, everything is close yet the road is quiet and peaceful. It is just 3 minutes to walk to the Puerto Marina and the Beach,.

There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk at the top of the road, with all restaurants and amenities in the surrounding area.


This is a great family Villa catering for young, elderly and disability/mobility needs.
The villa is all on one level, it has air conditioning in all the rooms.

There are 5 bedrooms:

The master bedroom has a king size bed and en- suite bathroom with shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes in each.
Bedroom 4 has 3 single beds and large fitted wardrobes
Bedroom 5 has a king size bed and a single bed.

2 further bathrooms, one which has a good size shower, the other with bath and shower.

The Villa has a large open plan living and dining area with the kitchen just to the right this area opens out onto the patio and pool area furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs.

There is a stunning large private pool with optional heating, plenty of sunbeds, and set in beautiful tropical gardens.

The garden area is perfect for relaxing and has a beautiful variety of established trees and flowers, there is also a good barbecue area with a gas Barbecue to make life easier.

We have items for children including a cot and high chairs.

Printer is available for printing out boarding pass etc.
There is a large electric gate to access the villa's private driveway with parking for 3 cars.

Only friends or family groups are accepted.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

No smoking inside the villa, you are welcome to smoke on the terraces and outside areas.
Music cannot be played loudly after 10 pm.

Arrivals after 22.00 are not permitted.
Arrivals after 21.00 are charged an extra fee of 30 euros.
Pool heating is charged at 200 euros per week and 3 days notice is required.

Minimum booking is for 5 days
Maximum booking is for 30 days

Although the villa could do with a little TLC it is perfectly fine for an enjoyable holiday. The air-conditioning in all the rooms works fantastically. It is equipped with all the things needed for a good holiday. The fridge/freezer doesn't really seem to perform to a good enough coldness. The location is absolutely fantastic and as a family we would all b very happy to go back.

The Villa is in prime location and a perfect size for 10 adults. The out door space and pool area is perfect. The only downside for us was inside the property, some repairs and repainting were needing done and more attention to detail by the cleaners wouldnt go a miss, but in saying that, we spent most of our time outside having a fantastic holiday. Thanks Barbara, you were a pleasure to deal with :)

The villa was perfect for our group stay. The location is so central to everything but also located on a quiet street so easy for getting in and out. The villa itself is very spacious with plenty of room for a large group and the pool area is also very spacious and perfect for sunbathing! Barbara was a very helpful host and was available for any questions we had.

10/10 for location and size of the villa Biggest downfall was the lack of cleanliness We had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen before we used them. Bedrooms all had fresh bedding and comfy beds, but lack of care with old towels, chipped cups and crockery. We accept styles being old fashioned or outdated but expected floors and all areas to be clean. The host apologised and said she’d take this up with the cleaners. We would return if this was addressed as it’s a minute walk to the marina and beach so perfect location.

The villa was cleaned thoroughly before these guests arrived but one of the guests suffered from OCD and was looking for something to complain about. The guests were told that, if the cleanliness was a problem , they should have said something and the cleaners would be sent back. The crockery and glasses were checked thoroughly and only one plate was found to have a small chip and was discarded and replaced. The towels are mostly new and the guests were provided with plenty of them. They used 23 between them in total. The guests left the villa in a really filthy state , five large sacks of rubbish left around the villa, wine stains all over the Terrace and tables with no sign of the spills being cleaned up. Rubbish left under the beds. It took twice as long to clean the villa after these guests left, t

The The whole family from baby to adults enjoyed the stay at this Villa!!

Perfect location and suited the whole family. We had a great stay here. The town and shops were a short walk away. Definitely worth getting the pool heating turned on in the winter months so everyone enjoyed the pool too. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful location

Very nice villa with a wonderful pool area. The standard of the house was good but the kitchen needs some new utensils and at least one bathroom needs some renovation. The location close to beaches, restaurants and shopping was excellent.

Perfect Benalmádena marina location

Had a lovely 5 night stay at villa with friends for our annual mums break away. Location is perfect just around the corner from the lovely marina and beaches. Supermarkets and shops a short walk away also which is ideal. Very spacious villa including everything you need in kitchen. Pool area was perfect to all be together plenty of sun lounges and furniture. Communication with host Barbara was great. We hope to stay again next year. Thank you so much!

Great location

We had a lovely stay , the location was perfect , we were a family of 10 , there was ample room and pool and pool area very good, property could maybe do with a little updating , Barbara who looked after us was very good , if I had any queries she replied promptly . Maybe a welcome package of essentials when we arrived would have been nice . But On the whole we had a good experience and would stay again

Fantastic 10 days with Family

We have just returned from a ten day stay in this villa. The owner Barbara was absolutely wonderful and was there to answer any questions we had via what’s app. The pool was the absolute highlight and it is so worth paying for the pool heat as it meant the children could get straight in and play without it being too cold. The property is in a fantastic location right next to the Marina with lots of shops and restaurants there. The only thing I would say the property could do with would be more outside lighting around the patio area. We absolutely loved our stay.

Brilliant villa for a family

Villa is in a fantastic location, 2 minute walk to the marina, under 5 minute walk to the beach and supermarket. Barbara is fantastic host, any questions we had were answered quickly. We had an issue with the heating pump for the pool and Barbara had this sorted as quickly as possible and without asking Barbara offered compensation for the cost. The property could use a little TLC but it didn't effect our stay. Would definitely book to stay here again and highly recommend.

Great location. Property needing some TLC. Broken tiles inside and outside. Bathrooms would benefit from updating. Most of the sun beds need to be replaced,they are old and very saggy. We thought that a couple of umbrellas by the pool would be beneficial.

An excellent stay at this villa; we had eight adults and two children (age 5 and 6).The location is excellent, one street away from the marina and multiple bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Lidl (and a number of other supermarkets).The villa has two bathrooms and one ensuite, which was plenty for our group. The kitchen has everything we needed and the outdoor barbecue was a great addition.The highlight for the kids was the pool. It has Roman steps and a good shallower area for the children and then slopes into a deep end with additional ladder steps. Plenty of room for swimming and inflatables.We didn't opt for pool heating and the water was a good temperature during the day and perfect for a cool down on the evening. The outside seating area is the same level as the pool and made child supervision really easy. We didn't spend a lot of time inside the villa as the outside area had plenty of seating and sunbeds. Some of the villa images on the site are older as there has been work done at the back of the garden that isn't reflected on the pics but made no difference to our enjoyment of the villa. Barbara was really helpful and let us drop our bags at 11am when we arrived before we took keys later in the day. We had four sets of keys for our group which made it so much easier for different trips out.Outside area and pool are great, we had so much fun; a great stay and a lovely host.

Very Disappointed

Pictures of the villa, must have been taken a very long time ago ( pre lockdown) Villa is now very dated and tired looking the pictures do not reflect the state of the villa now, there is a hole in the wall in master bedroom and in the lounge, and also VERY dirty in places. Of which I have taken pictures, this I feel is very unnecessary as I paid for a clean to be done. Issues with air conditioning units leaking onto the bed and in the rooms, also tripping out the electrics. Spoke to the host re the air con, was getting a maintenance man in but we did not see him. Master bedroom bathroom window could not be opened as there was too much dirt n dust flying around the area from whatever work is being done. Sunbeds could not be used as they were old and very dirty, considering the the price I paid, feel was an absolute disgrace. I have rented many places in Spain and this is by far the worst. The only good piece was the pool, good size and warm. The rest was a total waste of my money!!! I am Not Happy at All and won't be returning. Issues

Good points: location, its great for the marina and handy for resteraunts and shops. It is equiped and the pool was great yo have in the hot weather, but i have concerns about that after coming back Was contacted by owner before arriving as i had booked pool heating and was informed the current guests had said too hot, so i cancelled it and saved some money, gratefull for that. However the property is in need of renovation and the photos dont reflect the current state of the it is in. Sun loungers should be replaced as too old and look worn out and dirty. I booked as there would be 3 showers for 8 adults, 2 didnt work all week, despite the owners son attending to look at things and then a maintenance man, they never worked was told on thursday the man could not attend until friday, dont know if the did but we still had no hot water for showers or in the kichen friday night or into saturday morning when we were leaving. Needs to have a service engineer on contract, not just rely on son or man that installed it to turn up when they can. Things can always go wrong and while the owner did attempt to sort things there was no structure to the support and that left us in the cold. Pillows need to have protectors on and some painting is needed. We enjoyed the stay we had, but i wouldnt book again regardless of the hot water issues as the advert does not match the reality, the pool did suffer with algea above the water line, which i believe shouldnt happen.

Our second time staying here. Excellent communication with host which makes check in so easy and very flexible. Best location for Marina and beach 2 minute walk. Walking distance to supermarkets including Lidl.Villa offers everything you need. Very spacious and great outdoor pool area.We look forward to our visit again next year

We are writing this review upon request. The host was genuinely kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, and the villa is in a great location. Unfortunately, that is where most of the positives end.The villa is in poor overall condition and needs major refurbishment. While some cosmetic improvements have been made, it still feels outdated and neglected. One bedroom has no proper window, one bathroom is very old, doors squeak, several light bulbs and electric blinds did not work, and some sockets were even secured with tape. The dryer, dishwasher, stereo, pool heating, skimmer, and filter pump all had issues, the pool had to be cleaned by hand every day. The advertised hot tub was also missing.We requested baby equipment months before arrival but received only a collapsing travel cot and a high chair. We had to buy a baby bathtub ourselves after being informed just before arrival that none was available.The villa is spacious, the terrace is lovely, and we still enjoyed our holiday. The host reacted quickly to reported issues and arranged extra cleaning during our stay, allowed late check out for extra fee. We also found three very large cockroaches inside the villa and there was sometimes an unpleasant smell coming from the neighbouring restaurant.Overall, we had a good holiday despite the villa rather than because of it. In its current condition, we would probably not return. However, after a proper renovation, we would happily stay here again, with same host.

De locatie is echt perfect. Je loopt de straat uit en je staat zo goed als in de haven of op het strand. Maar het is erg gedateerd en absoluut niet schoon. Een renovatie en een goede schoonmaakbeurt zou het huis zeker goed doen. Verder prima verblijf gehad.In en uitchecken ging vlot.

En fin pärla som behöver lite omtanke

En liten pärla med en pool som extra komplement till strand o havsbad.visserligen behövs nog en rejäl grundstädning och lite koll på vad som behövs, t ex att lampor finns lite schystare städutrustning för egen städning under veckan. Sen var det riktigt underbart att se o norpa några clementiner i ”egen” trädgård. Sen får man förstå att det hade saknats regn men det kan ingen rå på.Hela vår aktiva familj på 10 personer har känsla av att vi gärna kan bo där igen.

Brilliant location but property very disappointing

Positives: We love Benalmadena and the location is excellent, very short, easy walk to harbour and beach. Property was well laid out for our our multi generational party with plenty of space inside and out. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Negatives: We arrived on Thursday lunchtime to no hot water at the property in the kitchen and 2 of the 3 bathrooms, this was fixed on Friday evening. On Saturday morning the pool pump stopped working meaning the water was not being filtered or heated, this was not fixed until Wednesday evening and we were leaving on Thursday morning meaning we had a cold pool for the majority of our stay. The pool heating money was refunded without quibble but we would have preferred a warm pool for our young children to enjoy, rather than a broken pump and refund. Property was generally in need of some TLC and was filthy - dirty tissues/bottle tops/paracetamol packets under beds. Thick dust/fluff down sides and behind beds. General layer of grime on doors/door frames/light switches/around perimeter of rooms. Some stained and threadbare linen and towels. Broken pedal bin in kitchen, exterior of bin filthy. Floor around edge of kitchen under appliances thick with grease/debris. Upon attempting to hoover down the side of the children's beds before they slept in them discovered that the hoover hose was broken and barely held together with tape and foil. Outside area had broken tiles, overgrown grass and was generally in need of a good sweep. We reported our unhappiness with the level of cleanliness at checkout and the host did say we should have reported it and they would have sent the cleaners back but we had already spent a lot of time on our holiday going backwards and forwards regards the hot water and pool, with some degree of inconvenience, plus the property is in need of a deep clean whilst empty, not while full of our belongings. Disappointed as we were all really looking forward to staying at this property, perfect location, but unfortunately let down by the maintenance issues and lack of cleanliness.

It was very unfortunate for the guests that both the pool pump and one of the water heaters failed while they were staying at the villa. The water heater was replaced as quickly as possible, however, both the other bathrooms had hot water. These guests were not telling the truth about the cleanliness of the villa in order to get a bigger refund! They didn't provide any photos to back up their claims. The villa is always cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom before each guest arrives. They also didn't mention the broken vacuum cleaner to us, however, there is now a new one in the villa. The villa is very well equipped with a beautiful pool and garden, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, UK TV channels and in a fantastic location.

DONT RENT THIS HOUSE - Nightmare house and worst host.

Rented the property for 3 weeks a lot of things wrong with the house. Found it dirty, cigarrette buds, pair of socks, hair bands, lipstick etc. under my bed, spiderwebs everywhere. Hot water no working from day one, after 4 or 5 days they fix the problem and no cold water on bathroom sink, had to brush teeth with hot water… in addition the water heater make noises and moans according to Matt, the house tech, and was unable to take a nap for example. Doorbell never worked ’till the last couple of days when finally you brought us a new one, we were expecting a package and we missed it twice because doorbell never worked, so I had to go to DHL in Malaga to pick the package up. Heated pool, a fiasco ever got warm, not enough lights at the patio, just a colorful led light with no control so we tried to turn the pool lights thinking we might get more light but pool lights never worked. Stove top was not working properly from day 1 and kept blowing fuses for the entire house many times. (Our lunch was ruined in the middle of cooking, Matt can say, we had to go out for two days in a row to have lunch and dinner which was not part of the plan as we traveled with 2 elderly disable people that were not supposed to go out). That’s when Matt determined that the stove was the problem and they sent a new one. They changed it, had to cut the edges to fit it, never sat properly and the new one cracked because of that. The owner blames us for it and is expecting a payment… Talking about disable, the ramp was useless. Washer machine never worked, had to dry them outside and there was rain for 5 days and had to use wet towels and to top it off when returning the house the owner grabbed the dirty towels, folded them and put them as clean, after telling her how wrong that is, especially with covid she put them in the washer and used dish washing liquid left to wash towels. And the list goes on...

These guests are completely lying because they did so much damage to the house and are unhappy about losing some of their security deposit!! There was a problem with the water on the first day and it was rectified straight away. They broke the original cooker hob as they had the heat too high and it was replaced the same day. They then broke the second hob and claimed that it was fitted incorrectly.! The oven was completely blackened as they left it on all night. The washing machine is new and works perfectly well, as does the dryer, which they couldn´t work out how to use! The floors were thoroughly vacuumed before they arrived so there is no way anything would have been left under the beds. The dirty towels were not put back to be used again and were thoroughly washed in the washing machine (that works perfectly well!) The hot water was fixed the next day, new door bell fitted. O, and they forgot to mention that they were refunded 150 euros by the owner! They left this review because they are not happy about losing some of their security deposit for the breakages. Be very wary about accepting these guests as they do not treat the property with any respect!
