Welcome to Nashville! You'll love this cozy home right in the heart of downtown Nashville. Walk to the Farmer's Market, a Sounds baseball game, do a bike tour from Green Fleet, or sit on the porch and sip sweet tea! This front porch community has a playground park, great restaurant options, and is close to everything! We hope you enjoy our professionally decorated home with luxurious memory foam beds and the comforts you'd expect at home!

The house was roomy and comfortable. The location was excellent for our needs - easy access to so many venues and freeways as well. We would stay here again.

Loved it!

Absolutely loved this adorable house in Nashville...it was perfect for a long weekend girls trip! Everything was decorated so well & the house was extremely comfortable. We also loved how convenient the location was to Broadway, shops, restaurants, etc. Our uber was typically around $5 when we went down town. This little neighborhood is really sweet & feels like a local secret.. you can tell it's up & coming, I can't wait to see what it looks like on my next Nash trip! Also, the owner was wonderful throughout the entire process and very responsive. Thank you, we will be back!

Overall great time!

We stayed for 2 nights with my family - sis, nephew, mom and dad. House was very clean and had an alarm which made us feel comfortable leaving the house. Byron was prompt in answering any questions. We used uber to get around and left our car parked in the fenced in back yard. I'm only giving 4 stars due to the neighborhood being in transition with some construction going on - though very quiet inside - so noise was not an issue. Overall great time!

Perfect for Our Nashville Trip

We loved the home and the way it was decorated. It was extremely clean and we would definitely stay here again. The owner was great and we were very happy with our choice. Plenty of room for two couples!

The house was great!! Only reason not 5 stars was the location. Not the safest area!

The house was perfect and very comfortable! The owners great and very responsive and easy to contact. The only reason not 5stars was the location. Pretty rough street and not comfortable lingering outside at all! House next door boarded up windows etc. You can tell the street was transitioning to more remodels but not there yet.

Great weekend!

This adorable home was great for our girls weekend. Neighborhood was quite and close to all the places we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Nicely decorated and very comfortable.

This property was great for our mini vacation with our adult daughter and her boyfriend. It's perfect for 2 couples and could easily accommodate groups or families. The upstairs master suite is awesome with a HUGE tiled shower and large walk in closet. The king size bed was very comfortable. There's also a bunk bed in the master suite that will sleep 2 on the lower bunk and 1 on the upper. The 2nd bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed and is right next to the main bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked a lot in it! Kroger grocery store is close by and there's also a Family Dollar within walking distance that also carries groceries. We went there a lot. There was a wasp nest outside and our daughter is highly allergic, so we just ran over to the Family Dollar store for some wasp spray. Very convenient. A liquor store is also within walking distance. We had more than enough clean towels and wash cloths for our entire stay. Byron was very responsive to any questions we had and also offered recommendations. There wasn't any outside lighting on the house. Not a big deal to us though. We just weren't sure if the lights didn't work or if the bulbs were burned out. There's some sort of ivy growing on the back deck. We weren't sure if it was Poison Oak, Sumac or Ivy, so we just stayed away from it. We parked our vehicle in the gated back yard and used Uber to go to Broadway and The Row. It was $5.45 during off peak hours. Well, our first trip was more than that because our driver was having technical difficulties and got lost. She said it was her first day driving. She was a sweetheart! The neighborhood is in transition and we look forward to coming back to see the progress!

Great house!

We were in town for a conference, and shuttling between downtown and the house was very easy. The neighborhood is in transition with a lot of construction activity happening in the vicinity, but once inside the noise of construction and a busy main street completely fades away.

It was a very cute home that had a great location.

The home was nice. We enjoyed our stay in Nashville. It had a nice master bedroom and bathroom. The owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond. The owner checked in on us during our stay via email/messaging.
