Ideal for holidays, our house is in a private and secure domain on the edge of the Mediterranean, near Saint-Raphaël. The house is comfortable, functional, air conditioned, in a quiet environment. It has a large south facing terrace of 60 m², with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Fréjus and Saint-Tropez in the distance. In the area you will find swimming pool and tennis. The beaches and the coastal path are a few minutes' walk away. Outside the domain, you will find all the pleasures of a summer stay in one of the most beautiful regions in the world, the Côte d'Azur and the Corniche d'Or, a rare site that has remained wild on the whole coast. The Estérel massif and its many hiking trails are accessible directly from the estate.

You will benefit from a 60 m² terrace, facing south, with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Fréjus and up to St-Tropez, equipped with garden furniture, where you can have lunch in the part sheltered by an awning, or take advantage of the sun and rest on the deckchairs or the swing.

The house is located 2 km from the center of Boulouris where you will find all the local shops, the train station, as well as twice a week the Provencal market with its regional products. The center of Saint-Raphaël is 5 km away, with its lively seafront and marina, numerous restaurants and shops, its daily market, a casino, a cinema.

Many sports are possible, in the residence itself (swimming pool from June to September and private tennis, accessible free to residents), or nearby: sailing, diving (club in the small port of Poussaï), golf (in Valescure), path sports nearby, etc ...

The beaches of Garde Vieille and Aiguebonne are accessible on foot, directly at the exit of the domain. You can also choose one of the many other beaches, which range between Saint-Raphaël and Agay bay, not to mention the small coves accessible by the paths of the Dramont peninsula, or the coves of Anthéor .

If you like hiking, the trails that run through the Estérel massif are accessible directly behind the domain, with a little further on the paths going up to Pic de l'Ours or Mont Vinaigre and their superb panoramas all over the coast of red porphyry. Closer, the coastal path, accessible at the exit of the domain, will lead you to Saint-Raphaël through beaches and rocks, or to the Dramont peninsula, opposite the Ile d'Or, to the small port. Agay, with return by the pine forest.
