A 4–6 person whirlpool, sauna, and dedicated bathroom complete the wellness zone. The central kitchen and living space serves as the primary gathering area, featuring a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV with DVD player, stereo with CD player, and an XL kitchen with a kitchen island, two sinks, two ceramic hobs, two ovens, two fridges, two dishwashers, and two coffee machines. For entertainment, the activity room comes equipped with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, a PlayStation 4, a TV, and a bar area with stools. The home accommodates up to 24 guests across 9 double bedrooms (with box mattresses and single beds that can be pushed together) and 2 spacious sleeping lofts (sleeping up to 6 kids total), supported by 4 bathrooms across 3 separate sleeping wings and the pool area. Outdoors, a large open sun terrace and a covered terrace area provide garden furniture and a barbecue, with a communal playground located nearby.
