Salobre Villa Cardón

Luxurious 5-bedroom villa, spa with swimming pool, water jet and integrated massage jets. The villa is located 300 metres above sea level in a complex next to the Salobre Golf course with views of the golf course and mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes by car from the beautiful golden sandy beaches in the south of the island.



The house



This luxury villa directly on the golf course can be occupied by up to 8 people and a child up to 2 years old and is divided into 3 floors.



The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and Smart TV, one of the bedrooms has a bathroom with a shower. A guest toilet and another bathroom with a shower are also located on this floor.



On the middle floor is the living room, also equipped with a Smart TV and with a fantastic view of the golf course, as well as the spacious kitchen with dining area. Both rooms have large glass fronts that open onto the terrace, which can be fully opened. There is also a guest toilet and a laundry room on this level.



In the basement, there are 2 more bedrooms, each with a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. These rooms also have Smart TVs and are completely independent from the rest of the house. Important note: The 2 individual rooms on the ground floor will only be provided if booked for 7 or 8 people.



The outdoor area



In the outdoor area, sun loungers and a covered dining area invite you to relax.

The private pool (8 m x 5 m) with a saltwater system has a counter-current system and massage jets. An electric heating system (for a fee), the pool can be heated if desired.

Golf clubs (Graphite Taylormade, Titleist steel) can be rented upon request.

The surroundings



The house is located in a beautiful complex at the Salobre Golf course. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills under the sun. Non-golfers will also adore the beautiful green gardens, the running track around the golf course and the peaceful atmosphere just a few minutes by car from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The complex also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
