Well-equipped holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities with everything the heart may desire. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned and is built around two separate sleeping quarters with 3 bedrooms each and a total of three large bathrooms. Pool room, sauna, large, combined living and dining room with an open concept kitchen, a large activity room and a mezzanine with 4 extra beds and a TV. The house is heated with geothermal energy and has underfloor heating throughout. In the pool area you can enjoy the 18 m² large swimming pool with slide, counter-current system and Roman staircase, enjoy the whirlpool with back and seat massage or relax in the 4-persons sauna. In the activity room you can play table tennis, billiards/pool, table football, electronic darts and Smart-TV with 90 channels. The games/activities can continue outside on the large plot with cosy terraces, large trees, swing set, slide, sandpit, petanque court and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). There are sun loungers and a barbecue. The house is also friendly for the disabled with 2 larger bedrooms so wheelchairs can turn around and there is also a large, wheelchair-accessible bathroom. Further, there are wide doors and no threshold as well as ramps in the coating at exterior doors. Raise/lower bed, bath and shower chair are also available. In the pool room there is a lift accessible for changing from the pool to the whirlpool or wheel chair. No letting to youth groups.
