Holiday cottage with whirlpool located close to the beach and ocean at Løkken in quiet, scenic surroundings and within walking distance to town. The house was renovated and had a section added in 2016. Living room in open concept with the kitchen, 3 bedrooms and an annex with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is wireless internet and a PlayStation for amusement. Both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove for heating. Modern and bright furnishings. The living room is large and spacious. There is a large, partly covered terrace. The level lawn plot has a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
