The split bedroom design has the Master Suite on the opposite side of the main living area from other bedrooms and guest bathroom. The Large Master Suite is Gorgeous with Cal King Bed, TV, DVR, and French Doors leading to Pool Area. The attached Master Bath has Lots of Colorful Tile with a 2 Person Shower, Large Double Sink Vanity and Walk-In Closet. Guest Bedroom features King Bed. Kids Room Sleeps 4 with Bunk Beds and Twin Mattress w/Trundle, TV, DVR and Toy Chest. Living Room features Sofa Bed with Queen Size Mattress, Large TV, DVD Player, DVR, XBox ONE, WiFi. Includes Indoor Laundry Area. The Big Bonus of this home is the Backyard Pool Oasis featuring a beautiful New Gunite Pool with Baja Shelf and Splash Waterfall. The Back Covered Patio offers Plenty of Shade, Two Dining Areas, and Large Gas BBQ Grill. There are Lots of Seating options to Admire Pool and Lake Views. This home is Truly a Charming Southwest Retreat. The garage is not available to renters. There is Plenty of boat Parking available in Front Driveway and alongside Garage in gravel area for Cars, Trucks, and Boat Trailers. Short Distance (2.5 miles) to Windsor Beach Launch Ramp and Lake is very convenient.

It was such a wonderful month! Danielle was so easy to speak with and answered all of our questions!! The house had such a cozy comfortable feeling and the patio and pool even more so! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beautiful place to relax!!

Great property!

The home was perfect! Full of all the items to make it feel like home, including comfortable beds, plenty of bedding and towels, a wonderful barbecue, and a fully stocked kitchen! The home was also very clean and the location was great. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Havasu. Thanks Danielle for a wonderful experience!

Weekend getaway

Danielle’s house is immaculate and has all the amenities you’d want in a vacation home. Location was perfect as it was only a few minute drive to London Bridge. Beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet and great for morning walks. We will definitely book again!

Havesu wonderful

Great property, nice pool and close to everything! Short distance to the lake, London Bridge, and shopping. Rented a pontoon boat and explored the lake. Highly recommend this property for those who want to explore the area!

Beautiful home. Very clean.Only bad thing was the ants all over the patio and pool area that made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor without hosing the patio frequently. Overall great place!

Hi Frances, Thank you for reviewing our vacation home. I wish you would have called me about the ants. I have a pest control service that sprays my property regularly and they would have come and taken care of the ants.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Havasu. Great location, less than 5 minutes to docks. Danielle was easy to get a hold of, very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home. The home was beautiful and the pool was definitely a plus! Lovely town with lots to do. We wouldn’t change a thing on our stay!

Return Visitor, Great Home!

We love this home! Great location, centrally located, short drive to launch ramps, island, mall. Home is very comfortable,stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids, and plenty of room. Everything you will need is in the home, laundry, cookware, BBQ, etc. Plenty of parking for cars, boat, and in a great neighborhood. Backyard is great with comfortable furniture and awesome pool. We will be back.

Our Family came to Lake Havasu on Vacation in 2012 and fell in Love with the Beautiful Lake and the many different outdoor activities available. We have been coming to this Lake on vacation every year since. Boating on the Lake has provided our family with lots of great fun and memories.

Lake Havasu is truly an outdoor paradise in the heart of the desert! The lake offers an abundance of water sport activities such as boating, water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, jet skiing, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding to name a few. Boat to restaurants, bars, and Indian Casino. There are beautiful golf courses, tennis courts, hiking trials, and parks. You can find many miles of off-road trails for all manner of off-road vehicles near by.

This home's Location and Unique Style is what initially attracted us to this property. The design features and amenities were a bonus. You can Enjoy Lake and Mountain Views from the Beautiful Front Patio or the Backyard Poolside Retreat. Both offer Lovely Views and Entertainment Possibilities. The previous home owners did a wonderful job Designing and Landscaping this Southwest Charmer.
