Small brick house with exposed stone, enjoys a splendid view over the valley of the river Fitalia towards the sea. Immersed in the green hills of the Nebrodese, in a cured and romantic location, it allows its guests to experience a unique experience of relaxation and peace in contact with nature and its surroundings, in a real love nest.
The house is spread over two elevations, has 3 beds and consists of:
On the ground floor: kitchen with table for 4 people and living room with bed-bed (for the third bed), large outdoor area for exclusive use with parking and solarium area overlooking the valley.
Upstairs, connected by a staircase in communication with the living room, a double bedroom, with a small balcony overlooking the valley and a bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with bed linen and towels and everything needed for the use of the kitchen.
The hilly location, in addition to letting a truly ideal climate enjoy for restful and relaxing stays, allows you to make a holiday with the "Mare-Monti" formula, that is, with morning bets to the free or equipped beaches of Capo d'Orlando and San Gregorio or S. Agata di Militello, in a splendid and blue sea, to then spend the afternoons and evenings in the cool of the hills of the Nebrodi mountains among hazel groves, orchards, olive groves and woods. The site allows easy excursions to the Aeolian Islands (summer connection from Capo d'Orlando and stable from Milazzo), towards Etna and Taormina, or to suggestive naturalistic destinations in the Nebrodi Park (Rocche del Crasto, Biviere Lake in Montesoro, Lake of Tre Arias, etc.). In addition, all the neo-hinterland hinterland countries, such as Naso, Castell'Umberto, Tortorici, Capo d'Orlando, San Salvatore di Fitalia, during the summer, plan a series of recreational-cultural initiatives available for free (concerts, shows, sports competitions, festivals of typical products, Palio dei Nebrodi). During some periods of the year it is possible to attend some of the company activities that still maintain the traditional cultivation and harvesting methods, handed down for centuries. The farm produces according to absolutely biological methods: olives, oil, hazelnuts and certified citrus fruits.
