Three-bedroom apartment ideal for families, fully equipped and with views of Port Saplaya beach, which has all leisure and entertainment services for adults and children. Furthermore, its location is very welcoming and inspiring due to its special architecture. Therefore, it is the perfect combination of beach, promenade and family rest that will allow you a pleasant and relaxing stay.



With capacity for 6 people, the 90 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Living-dining room with sofa, TV and direct access to the terrace with beach views.

- Terrace with views of the seafront promenade and beach, equipped with table and 4 chairs.

- Master bedroom with a double bed of 150x190 cm and equipped with TV.

- Youth bedroom consisting of a trundle bed of 90 x 190 cm, desk with chair.

- Third bedroom with a double bed of 150 x 190 cm also equipped with TV.

- Bathroom with sink with mirror, toilet, bidet and shower.

- 1 Toilet with shower where the washing machine is located.

- Practical open-plan kitchen with bar to the dining area and equally with beach views, fully equipped (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, kettle…).



Provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing powder, dishwasher tablets, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel in bathroom) and coffee capsules and 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

The accommodation is located in a quiet and pleasant area, ideal for enjoying a few days of rest by the sea. You can stroll through the port, relax on its beaches, enjoy restaurants and terraces and discover the local atmosphere.



Port Saplaya is just a few kilometres from the city of Valencia, so it perfectly combines the tranquillity of a coastal destination with the possibility of easily visiting the historic centre, the City of Arts and Sciences and the main attractions of Valencia. Furthermore, the Alboraya area is known for its traditional horchata, one of the most typical gastronomic specialities of the region.
