This first-floor condo is situated at the beautiful Pelican Beach Resort, an excellent place for those seeking both sunshine and modern comforts. Your new home away from home is within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants (as well as a water park) and just around the corner from the resort's gym and swimming pool. An incredible white-sand beach is just a short walk from your door, and the lovely Henderson Beach State Park is a quick two-mile drive away.

This lock-out studio is comfy and snug. The glass door to the private balcony lets in plenty of natural light, which complements the bright colors and cleverly placed furnishings, helping you feel cozy without feeling cramped. You and your special someone will have this lovely space all to yourselves, though there may be other guests living in the sub-unit next door. (If you're traveling with a larger group, consider renting this studio along with the attached condo, which will sleep a total of eight guests.)

The combination living area and bedroom is the perfect place to relax, with a plush queen-size bed that sleeps up to two guests. You can just as easily sit on the bed as sleep, and the cushy bedside armchair even lets each person have their own space to kick back. BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
