It has a great selection of local tavernas for the typical Greek food lovers and local craft boutiques for your summer shopping. Vassilikos is also just a 20-minute car ride from Zakynthos town if you want to enjoy a few nights out during your stay, and fortunately remote from the touristic crowds of Argasi and Agios Nikolaos. It is a small, quiet and exclusive heaven for relaxing and full-of-amenities holidays.

The villa itself is located on the sea-front with a private access to Banana beach and an amazing panoramic terrace overseeing the bay with views on Kefalonia, Ithaque and Peloponnese. You will enjoy great privacy with the beautiful garden area surrounding the property: a fantastic playing ground for kids whilst the parents can relax. Unlike many other properties advertised as ‘luxury’ villas on the island, we are not promising you ‘luxury’ but rather the authentic charm of a prime summer house where everything is here to spend the perfect holiday with friends and/or family.

The villa is divided over two levels: the ground floor with the panoramic terrace, main living area, fully-equipped kitchen and parental suite ; and the lower ground floor with 2 double bedrooms and a studio with their own mini-terrace and bathroom, allowing for group & family stays of up 8/10 people (the living room has a sofa-bed).

Finally, one the best tavernas of the island is located just by the property, leaving you with the choice to cook at home or take-away from the taverna if you fancy typical greek food for your private dinner on one of the two terraces of the house (sea-front and garden terrace for windy evenings). A fully equipped kitchen, a built-in stone barbecue and pizza oven will be more than enough to fulfill your holiday cooking cravings.
