The house is on a beautiful hilltop location complete with every amenity. Perfect for two couples or a family. The pool and the sunrises/set over the Piemonte with the Alps in the far distance complete the idyllic location. Close to many wineries, small beautiful towns and wonderful restaurants.

Fantastic villa for a relaxing retreat

We visited with our extended family for some relaxation by the pool and exploration of the Piedmont‘s wines. The place was perfect for us, spacious, very well equipped and with amazing outdoor spaces. We loved it.

Stunning property with lovely pool and great views

The house and pool are fabulous. The house had everything you could need, is laid out well and is very spacious. Lots of extras that you wouldn’t expect but which were appreciated.

Great house in an amazing surrounding

We enjoyed our stay in the house inside as well as outside with its pool & grill very much! The house is exactly as described and everything is in great condition / very clean. Its location is perfect as a starting point for excursions to Asti, Alba etc but you can also walk to the next village within 30 min where you can find everything needed such as supermarkets etc.

A great location and holiday home

Great home, well furnished and lovely pool area. Only slight negatives are lack of AC (it was very hot) which we knew on booking and WiFi was a bit sporadic in parts of the house but the house is in the country so no big surprise. A great option however and would recommend to friends and family.

We absolutely fell in love with Casa Famiglia, the fabulous setting, the comfortable and spacious layout of the home and especially the many wonderful outdoor areas! One week just wasn’t long enough to explore all of the fabulous towns and villages and enjoy this exquisite property. Already thinking of planning a Fall visit!

Amazing House and service

We have been staying 4 adults and 4 children (8-13 years) in the House for the ladt week. It has been amazing for all of us. The House i very Nice and the outdoor areas and pool is an A+. Service from the owner and Roberta was outstading - so High recommendations from us!

Outstanding - with a car

This was an outstanding week. A gorgeous property, in a equally gorgeous location. Our party was 4 adults, and this property could have accommodated many more. We had adventures every day with our car. Our host was helpful. I have no reservations about recommending this VRBO

Fantastic views, great house

The location was brilliant in terms of views as well as access and nearby shopping facilities nearby. The house was beautifully restored with a contemporary interior and we immediately felt at home. The terrace and the panoramic view was fantastic and we much enjoyed late nights watching stars from the outdoor sofa close to the pool area. The pool it self was perfect for our needs and our kids enjoyed every minute there. The owner was easily reachable, friendly and helpful. We can truly recommend this place!

FABULOUS!

Wonderful house, incredible location, amazing views. That kind of sums up our fabulous stay! This part of the Piemonte is simply breathtaking, and on the clear days that you can see the Alps it's beyond stunning. The house is gorgeous: spacious, cared for, well equipped, and perfectly suited to spend precious time with family and friends. Can wholeheartedly recommend it and have no doubts we'll be back!

Excellent Stay!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your property. We really enjoyed our time there. The house and property are beautiful and very comfortable. We certainly plan to return again. Roberta was very helpful and friendly, we had an excellent wine tasting and tour with her. We also had dinner with James at Wine Story and we can't speak highly enough about him. The food was delicious, we appreciated the recommendation. We stayed after dinner and toured his wine cellar and talk about his experiences. This is a very special area, thank you for sharing it with us.

Lovely stay in Piedmont

The house is such a lovely space to be in with big rooms, tiled floors, tasteful but fun decor and space for everyone. Beds were comfy and we needed the fans in each room to keep us cool on the hot nights we had. The pool was refreshing and great for a night time swim looking at the twinkling ligyts across the hills. The area was new to us and we had fun exploring the hill towns as well as a great day in Turin. Communication with the owner was really easy. We'd recommend the house and Piedmont.

The perfect Piedmont palazzo!

An ideally situated ,quiet and well appointed property with an unmatched view over the region . Al fresco meals 3 times a day . A very responsive host and on-site facilitator ( with great suggestions) - plus the in-house e bike availability was the perfect added extra for exploring this delightful,delicious dining and friendly area . And the water pressure in all three bathrooms was fabulous ! We would all happily return next year and ever after.

Fantastic property and location

It’s a very substantial property with big rooms and lots of space. Plenty of well equipped outside areas which gave lots of choice. Quality pool and fantastic views, particularly on the occasional day when the snow topped mountains can be seen. All the house equipment worked as it should have and the quality of furnishings is of a high standard. Jeen, the owner, was also very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. If we were to comeback to stay in Piedmont (a really beautiful area), we would certainly be very delighted to stay in this property again.

Beautiful house , nicely located. It’s a short distance to many beautiful towns : Asti , Alba and of corse a lot of fine wineries in the area. The kitchen and the house are well equipped en well maintained. Very nice pool with splended views . We were a party of 6 Adults . Two more sunbeds at the pool would be nice as there are only 4 now. Our suggestion about upgrading the house : as it was very hot (38 degrees) , we would welcome airconditioning in the bedrooms . (Room temperature went to 30 degrees ) even with the shutters closed all day .

Fantastic views and location

We have been renting holiday properties in Italy for over 20 years and this is one of the best villas we have stayed at. The views across the valley to the Alps are magnificent. The location is central to Asti, Alba and even Acqua Terme is not that far away. You will need a car. It’s a 5 minute drive or 6km walk round trip to Costigliole. It has all the amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. 6 adults stayed very comfortably in this 3 bedroom property. The bedrooms are big and serviced by 2 upstairs bathrooms, one with a built in shower and the other has a bath with hand held shower nozzle. The bathroom downstairs has a built in shower as well. We were a family group, so no trouble sharing the upstairs/downstairs showers. Downstairs also has kitchen, dining room and lounge, all big and bright. We never felt crowded in the property. Heating was really good with underfloor heating as well. Has a fireplace plus central heating. Would be an excellent winter rental for Christmas. Villa well decked out. Kitchen fully equipped but could do with a toaster and microwave (I think the owner fixing this). Nice furniture throughout, including outdoor furniture on the deck and a BBQ. High quality property. It’s big, plenty of room for a family, good wifi and Netflix, high quality HD TV, great location, outdoor dining areas, and big views. Jeen the owner was prompt and a pleasure to deal with. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again and look forward to returning.

Voor het eerst in 25 jaar Italië dat we een vakantiehuis voor een tweede keer boekten. Ook nu weer een perfecte week in deze mooie villa. Een huis waar alles gewoon klopt en perfect voor elkaar is. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er en de kamers en badkamers zijn heerlijk. Je voelt je hier direct thuis. Bonus om ter plekke de auto te kunnen laden. Het uitzicht blijft geweldig en de plaatsen in de omgeving bieden alles wat je nodig hebt voor een perfecte vakantie.

Een prachtig luxueus verblijf. We hebben genoten met heel de familie. Door de hitte was het slapen niet zo gemakkelijk maar dit is echt te minimaliseren. Een aanrader!
