With Atlantic Avenue and the white sand beach only a short five-minute drive away, this home is conveniently located in the heart of Delray Beach.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, plush chairs, and a fan attached to the beautiful wood ceiling. It’s an ideal space for morning coffee or afternoon tea! The home also features a bright sunroom type of living space, combining the family room and dining area. Outfitted with a comfy sofa, lovely rattan chairs, ceiling fans, and a *Smart TV, it is a very peaceful spot to spend quality time with your guests. Adjacent, the large wooden dining table seats up to 8 people for you to gather everyone around a delicious homemade meal!

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essential cookware. You will also find multiple cabinets for storage, lots of counter space, and a breakfast bar with high-top seating. All the best amenities to make cooking at home a breeze!

The master bedroom suite offers a very comfortable king bed, *Smart TV, and private bathroom. A second large bedroom also offers a king bed and a Smart TV. There are two twin beds located in a 3rd bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and large closets for storage. All bedrooms are bright, airy, and equipped with plush linens and ceiling fans for your absolute comfort.

There are three full bathrooms in this home. One with an inside/outside shower, one with a stand-up shower, and the last one with tub/shower combination. There is also a powder room.

The fully fenced backyard is complete with a saltwater – solar heated pool, fire pit, many seating areas, BBQ grill, outdoor dining set, and mature greeneries offering lots of privacy. You and your guests will have an amazing time soaking up the sun in this beautiful spot.

POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3-day minimum and $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more.
