Poggio Pagnan Residence with Sauna

The Relais Poggio Pagnan is the ideal structure for those looking for a holiday of relaxation and intimacy. Immersed in the nature of Valbelluna, the building looks like an old barn recently renovated.

The nineteenth-century structure, during the renovation, has been respected in all its constructive peculiarities. Approaching the house along the wooden stairs leading to the gallery, also expertly restored according to the traditions of the place, you will feel immersed in the beautiful and unspoiled natural and rural landscapes of the Zumellese countryside. Upon entering you will find yourself in the ancient "Sala dei Cavalieri", room where silkworms were reared for the subsequent production of textile products, today a spacious living room.
Throughout its interior you will notice a pondered combination and balance between ancient materials and modern design. In short, an intriguing concentration of old and new.

The residence is on two floors: on the first floor there is a living room with fireplace, a large modern kitchen with central "island" and induction fires, a bathroom and a double bedroom; on the second floor, climbing along the fascinating corten steel suspended stairs, there is the "suite", consisting of a large double bedroom with bathtub, a small living room with a sofa-bed (which can be used as a second double bed if necessary) and finally a private bathroom. All for a total of 6 beds at most.
The rooms can also be rented separately, or the master bedroom with bathroom on the first floor or the 2-4 bedroom suite on the second floor.

Also on the upper floor, among its trusses in exposed oak, we find, on the opposite side of the suite climbing the stairs, the sauna and the wellness area, where you can enjoy a moment of pleasant refreshment after the intense day of visits or walks in mountain.
