Quiet and sweet apartment in the city center of town Medulin in Istria, Croatia.

The apartment is 53 m2 newly renovated and fully equipped with balcony, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, a kitchen and 1 bathroom. The kitchen has all you need for preparing delicious food, a big oven and a big fridge with freezer are also on your disposition. Thee you can also find a kettle and a coffee machine. The balcony is quite and comfortable. The apartment is for 2 + 2 person. You will find a bedroom 160 x 200 cm and a sofa 140 x 200 cm. The TV and WIFI is on you disposition, as is the air condition. Parking is reserved for 1 car, in front of the building.

The apartment is three minute walk from the sea. Situated in the city center near the Camp Medulin. The beaches are all natural. There you can find a sandy beach perfect for children and inexperienced swimmers with shallow water and inflatable games and sports equipment. Nearby are a gravel and stone beach with clear and turquoise water. There you can find a diving center, wind surf center, yet sky, kayaking, paddle boarding, kite surfing and a lot of other activities.

Near the apartment you have a small store ‘’ Grga ’’, but for a bigger shopping you can find a shopping center ‘’ Plodine ’’ and ‘’ Lidl ’’, 15 minutes by foot. In the city center, during the day you can arrange a panoramic flight over beautiful Istria or have a tasty meal and ice cream. The night life is rich and full of events. During the summer you have concerts and live music, beach bars, local entertainment and amusement park.
