Our home is positioned on a small road with a river view, there is a home in front of us but it doesn't take up much of the view. You will love the large hot tub located on a new concrete patio located at the rear of the home. This property is perfect for your family gatherings and even Rehearsal Dinners for a wedding! The property is situated near Lake Clarke Marina for easy loading and unloading of your boat or jet skis. Boats can also be rented nearby at Lake Clarke Marina and Long Level Marina. Kayaks and Paddleboards can be rented nearby at Shank's Mare Outfitters. Explore the 11 miles of waterways and lush islands or endless activities to include boating, jet skiing, kayaking, tubing, skiing, fishing, water fowl hunting (seasonal), parks, restaurants, and less than a mile away from Moondancer winery! There is a park for kids and picnics within walking distance. There is a short drive to numerous attractions such as Hershey Park, Gettysburg, Dutch Wonderland, Strasburg Railroad, Amish Dutch Country, Baltimore Aquarium, Cool Creek Golf Course, Stone Mill Inn, Lauxmont Farms Wedding Venues, Historic Ashland Weddings, and John Wright Restaurant and shoppes. The property is about 38 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport (HIA) which makes easy travel for out of state guests. Ample private parking for multiple guests.

This property sleeps 8 comfortably, 10 if two people want to sleep on the pull-out couch bed. First floor has 3 entertaining areas, dining room that seats 8, living room with a sofa and a love seat and a sunroom with an additional couch (pull out bed)and seating. Second floor has a master with a King Bed, two additional bedrooms both with a queen beds and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed but must be accessed through the 3rd bedroom. There is one half bath located on the first floor and a full bath that was just renovated on the second floor.

This property comes equipped with 4 Smart Internet TV's with basic cable , WiFi, a propane grill, Fire Pit (Wood Not Provided, Can purchase at Lowe’s or bring your own) bed linens and pillows, kitchen with cutlery and dishes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, window A/C units and ample outdoor seating for you to enjoy your relaxing vacation. Home sits on the other side of a road along the river.

Please respect our home and neighbors. There is no Lake Access as the property across the street is private with no trespassing. This is not a party house and if we receive complaints from our neighbors or if the police are called, you will be asked to leave with no refund. It’s unfortunate that we have to spell this out, but after a few incidents that necessitated eviction, we feel it's only fair to warn you. If you’re excessively loud and obnoxious, your stay may be cut short.

Disclosure:
From time to time there are implications of being in close proximity to the river that may be perceived as a nuisance to vacationers. (ie Insects such as but not limited to, mosquitoes, stink bugs, and mayflies. Mayfly hatchings generally occur between mid June and mid July, however hatchings have occurred sooner or later than this. Mayfly hatchings swarm in a mating ritual then land on nearby trees, houses, cars etc. The mayflys die within 24-48 hours after hatching. Please message me if you have additional questions/concerns about mayflys. Owners will not accept financial responsibility and/or grant refunds for Acts of Nature such as insects, inclement weather, cold weather, heat waves, windstorms, flooding, or other acts of God.
