The bedroom has a queen bed and a large wardrobe, and there is a single bed in a custom split-level sleeping area that children enjoy. It is on a quiet residential street in the city centre, near the Old Town, and has a washing machine, a large shower and self check-in.

Urban Blue is a bright one-bedroom apartment in shades of Mediterranean blue, on the third floor in Rethymno city centre. It suits a couple or a small family of up to 3 guests who want light, a view and a quiet base.

Bright all day, with a city view: the apartment is dual-frontage with large windows, so it is full of light all day long. The spacious blue balcony has outdoor furniture, and its view over Rethymno is unobstructed.

Room for 3, with a touch of adventure: the bedroom, in soft earthy tones, has a queen bed and a large wardrobe. The single bed is in a custom-made split-level sleeping area, an architectural feature that children tend to love.

A quiet, practical base: the street is quiet and residential, in the city centre near the Old Town. A washing machine and a large shower make longer stays easy.

The space

The whole apartment is yours: the bedroom, the living area with kitchen and dining table, the bathroom, the washing machine and the balcony with outdoor furniture. Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00 with self check-in, and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability.

You let yourself in, and after that the level of contact is up to you. Our team is available by message during your stay, and our service desk is open daily 09:00-18:00 (07:00-23:00 from April to October). Please report any damage or malfunction straight away so we can help.

Urban Blue is on a quiet residential street in Rethymno city centre, near the Old Town, where the neighbours live year-round. A pharmacy is about 300 m away and a supermarket about 700 m away. The nearest beach is about 1.4 km away, and the main sights are about 1.5 km away.

Rethymno city centre is easy to explore on foot, so you do not need a car for town days.

Parking: free street parking around the building; no on-site parking.

By road: Chania airport approx. 65 km, Chania port (Souda) approx. 50 km, Heraklion airport approx. 85 km, Heraklion port approx. 80 km.

Before you book:
- The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift. The single bed is in a custom-made split-level sleeping area.
- Quiet hours are 23:00-08:00. This is a residential neighbourhood where the neighbours live year-round, so please keep noise down, especially on the balcony and in the stairwell.
- No parties or events. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only, never inside.
- Only the guests on the reservation may stay; visitors are not permitted. ID details are required for all guests under Greek law.
- Hot water is switched on at the electrical board and takes about 20 minutes to heat up.
- Cleaning: for stays of up to 7 days, housekeeping comes every 4 days with fresh towels and amenities; for longer stays, there is a full cleaning once every 7 days, plus fresh towels and amenities.
- Guests are responsible for the keys, and a replacement fee applies if they are lost.

THE APARTMENT

· Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the reservation.
Unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted.
· Smoking is permitted on the balcony only, never inside the apartment.
· No parties, events or gatherings.
· Pets are not allowed.
· Please keep windows and balcony doors closed while the A/C is running.

THE BUILDING

· Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00. We are in a residential neighbourhood and our neighbours live here year-round. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially on the balcony and in the stairwell.
· Please dispose of rubbish in the municipal bins before departure.

GENERAL

· Please report any damage or malfunction to our service desk immediately.
· Hot Water: To turn on the hot water, please check the main electrical board for the fuse with the grey button. Press the grey button, and the water will heat up automatically within approximately 20 minutes.
· The cleaning schedule is as follows:
For bookings of up to 7 days, the cleaning lady comes every 4 days and provides fresh towels and amenities.
For bookings longer than 7 days, the cleaning lady provides a full cleaning once every 7 days, in addition to fresh towels and amenities.
· Guests are responsible for the keys. A replacement fee applies for lost keys. If you are locked outside, please call the locksmith at +30 697 405 4000.
· ID details are required for all guests, as required by Greek law.
