Lovely pet friendly bungalow for two, with walking from the door, footpath leading to the Marriotts Way, Wroxham nearby.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Zip And Link 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Small garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. 11-acre farmland (shared). Private parking. No smoking. Please note: Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the property.. Nestled beside woodland, these cottages provide comfortable holiday accommodation all year round. Guests can benefit from a cooked breakfast prepared at the owners neighbouring hotel. Walking from the doorstep, with 11 acres of farmland and footpath leading to the ’Marriotts Way’ path. Fishing at Hevingham lakes, 3 miles. Norwich, 5 miles. Wroxham capital of the Broads, 7 miles, for daily boat hire and river trips. Enjoy a trip along Bure Valley Gauge Railway (which stretches from Aylsham to Wroxham). Hoveton Hall and Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden Trust for woodland and lakeside walks and views across South Walsham Broad. Thrigby Hall and Wildlife Park and Village Experience. Blickling and Felbrigg halls and gardens (NT). Village centre, shop/PO and pubs ¼ mile.

NB: Blackberry (ref 19263) and Barn Owl (ref 19264) have been designed with some aids for mobility impaired guests, and have an interconnecting door permitting both cottages to be booked together.

Cottage was lovely, clean and quiet. Local butcher and bakers fantastic easily accessed either via road or across the fields from the back of the property (although wear boots if wet). Great base for visiting Norwich and the Broads. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Very clean.

Very clean. As others have said, the bedroom would be better with a double bed rather than 2 singles as it is small - and undersheet was very crackly. WiFi just about enough for emails, but not for anything more. Kitchen well equipped, although we couldn’t find a chopping/bread board. Clean and well-appointed flat.

Clean and well-appointed flat. My only criticism would be that the lighting was a little dull for two people who like to read. Blackberry is in a great location for visiting Norfolk with easy access to Norwich - a short drive from the park and ride.

An excellent cottage in a complex of 6. There is a nearby grassy area to throw balls for the dog. There is also a good selection of dog walks within the complex as well as superb walks a short drive away in Horsford Woods

Stayed for 4 nights 1-5 July.

Stayed for 4 nights 1-5 July. The cottage is very clean and well equiped, with comfy beds and a great shower! We found it to be an excellent base for the two of us and our two dogs, close to the local stores and take aways. It is in a perfect location to be able to go out and explore, the Broards are only a few miles down the road and the beaches are approx 20 miles. There are some wonderful nature parks to visit and the beaches go on forever! No doubt we will return in the not too distant future.

This cottage was an excellent place for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of room for us and both our dogs. A comfy bed for a good nights sleep and a good shower to wake you up in the morning! Lots of countryside to explore and the coast not too far away.

Immaculate, nice people, fully equipped with individual gardens, great for pet owners.

Will definitely be back, close to airport, city and The Norfolk Broads highly reccomended.
