Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.

All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.

Kirrin Barn is situated in the peaceful Beaumont Village at Silverlake and has a great outlook over Beaumont Lake to the ridge and the Dorset countryside beyond. A bright and airy barn style property arranged over three floors, Kirrin Barn is ideal for groups of up to 10 adults and 2 children (owing to the bedroom configurations). The house is set in the heart of the village and only a short walk to the spa, bar, and pool.

There are five spacious bedrooms, all beautifully appointed with a mixture of fitted and free standing furniture. The master bedroom with super-king size bed and ensuite shower room, extends the full width of the property and has slide away patio doors to a similar full width balcony. The second bedroom is also spacious with a king-size bed and ensuite shower room. The third bedroom has a king-size bed with a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The fourth bedroom is of good size offering 4 bunk beds and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The top bunks are suitable for children only. On the second floor we find a full width bedroom with a double bed and two sofas.

The large L-shaped lounge/dining room can adequately cater for up to twelve people and benefits from slide away patio doors to a large decking area overlooking Beaumont Lake. Open plan yet separated from the lounge by the breakfast bar peninsula, the kitchen offers all you need to keep the family fully fuelled for days of adventure. Gas hob, electric oven, ample cupboards, utensils and crockery. Dishwasher-Fridge-Freezer-Kettle-Toaster. There is a separate utility room with additional fridge and freezer along with washing machine and laundry facilities. There is also a downstairs shower room WC.

ADDITIONAL

Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.
