Bit of a home-from-home for us now.

Pontos positivos: Limpeza, localização e precisão do anúncio
Nice, last minute stay, great location to local activities, and south lakes. Pretty scenery. Nice outdoor space. There is a old abandoned building that the given postcode takes you too, the actual building is next door! But that's fine once you figure it out. 10 mins drive to Aldi.

Easy to find the property. Good parking, clean throughout and comfortable living areas. Nice rural views and well tended garden. As we only used the ground floor facilities, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. On arrival we found there was no hairdryer available, this was rectified in little over an hour after contacting caretaker. Kitchen facilities good but some items in need of replacement ie place mats, oven trays. Complimentary tea coffee etc well stocked with good quality items.Information in property folder in need of updating, tourist information in abundance but all out of date, fortunately we could rely on the free wifi to get up to date information. Dressed Toy rabbits on beds were a bit scary, we hid them in wardrobes!

We had a superb time, and very welcome in this situation we are all in.

We had a superb time, and very welcome in this situation we are all in. Storrs Croft was without doubt the perfect location, and we cannot wait to return if given the chance. All the luxuries we needed, and isolation if you want it, gorgeous views and all the home comforts. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The cottage was tastefully decorated with ample provision of kitchen equipment, extra bedding, etc.

The cottage was tastefully decorated with ample provision of kitchen equipment, extra bedding, etc. It was in a lovely setting, but local drivers were a bit gung ho on the narrow, twisting roads. I would recommend it to anyone.

We arrived ar the cottage it was nice & clean.

We arrived ar the cottage it was nice & clean. The welcome fruit basket was a lovely idea instead of cake or biscuit. Unfortunately the broadband wasn’t working and it took until Thursday afternoon to get it fixed. This was unfortunate as we rely on technology to plan where to got so we had to use our mobile phones data & I ran out of my data on Wednesday so wasn’t best pleased. I also couldn’t use the downstairs shower as the door wouldn’t open, we chose Storrs Croft for our holiday as we had been before & knew that the facilities were suitable for me as I’m disabled. So unfortunately I had to flannel wash as I couldn’t use the bath lovely as it was completely unsuitable for me as I needed a bath lift to assist with getting in & out

3rd visit and we love it.

3rd visit and we love it. There is a lovely welcome package and it’s clean and well designed. There was a few scuff marks on the walls and the double bed downstairs was a little unsteady but, I would still go back. The caretaker Sarah is a great help and you will have a lovely stay.
