The wonderful thing about Tigger Isle is... this restful retreat is just minutes from Disney! After a day of "bouncing" around the attractions of Kissimmee and Orlando, you can get away from the crowds and relax in your own private swimming pool and spa. Why squeeze into a cramped hotel room, when you can spread out in a spacious private villa? With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home is plenty big for an extended family stay or to share among two families. There is one bedroom with a king bed, and ensuite bath, one Queen bedroom, and three bedrooms with twin beds. With an extra-large lanai, there is room to relax outside as well. The landscaping around the pool gives added privacy to your family swims.

The house is fully equipped to meet your vacation needs. Bed linens, towels and pool towels are provided; the kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs; and there are a clothes washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in the house as well. Your family will love the entertainment amenities: a game room with pool table and foos-ball table, flat-screen HD TVs, DVD player, and free wireless internet, as well as a variety of books, DVDs and board games and puzzles.

Tigger Isle is located in the beautiful and exclusive Emerald Island Resort which features two large pools, clubhouse with concierge services, fitness center, cyber cafe, arcade games, tiki bar, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, nature/walking trail and two playgrounds. Emerald Island is a quiet, gated and guarded resort just minutes from the shopping and dining on the busy 192 highway.

Fun in the pool

This place was clean and well taken care of. We asked for a heated spa and enjoyed every minute of it. We had a slight issue with air conditioning and the property manager took care of it immediately. The beds were comfy and the owner thought of everything we could need. We would stay again in a flash.

Perfect... as always

We have stayed at Tigger Isle many times now and have always found the home in immaculate condition. Pride of ownership shines through. The host (Colleen) and the property manager (Vania) are so easy to work with and they are always very attentive. Couldn't ask for a better home to stay in. Looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect family property

Fabulous!! Best villa we have ever stayed in

We had the pleasure of staying at Tigger Isle for 5 weeks and it was amazing! We have stayed at lots of different villas in the area over the years and this was by far the best. Not only is it unbelievably clean but it is so well looked after, things you don’t normally think about - like the fridge / freezer, cutlery, microwave, high chair they are all the ones you would pick if it was your home not a rental villa. Also just the little touches really make it lovely - the basket full of pool towels, the hidden tiggers to find! The property manager and the host are both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and just plain lovely (they even managed to accommodate our request for a desk chair - which the host bought themselves even though we said we would pay!). Oh and the WiFi is great! We would love to stay again at some point - our family had a fabulous time!

Cleanest property we’ve stayed in!

We had such a relaxing stay at Tigger isle villa. The villa was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, we slept very well from the first night. There were basics for our arrival which we didn’t expect but gratefully used (toilet paper, small washing liquid, soap) The pool area was very well furnished with chairs and loungers. We paid extra for pool heating and it was genuinely well heated (you could just get in the pool and swim… no gasping!) The tv had lots of channels and WiFi has a great signal. Not much use for the games room for us as we was mainly in the pool! The children loved finding the tiggers The property manager messaged me quickly to let me know she was here to help if I needed anything. A great stay, we would book again and recommend to friends and family

Beautiful villa

Just had a two week stay here, on arriving the check in process was fairly straight forward, when we got to the villa it couldn’t of been in a better location for sun etc. it was beautiful and clean and decor done to a nice taste, really enjoyed our stay, we payed for pool and spa to be heated as we have a 7 year old and he feels the cold, first 10 days it was working fine but the day we decide to have a pool day the water felt cold, I messaged Colleen and straight away she sent a reply to say someone was on their way, and they were! Very efficient. Unfortunately they found another fault so the heat had to be turned off but colleen had said she will reimburse us. She suggested the communal pool for my son as it was heated so we went down to that and he enjoyed it, not the same as your villa pool but these things can’t be helped it was nobodies fault. All in all a brilliant stay, definitely recommend

Another amazing holiday!

Our favorite place to stay! This home is very clean and well cared for. The pride of ownership shines through here. The host Colleen is always very quick to respond to any questions and Vania the property manager is amazing. No request is too small to her :) This home is located in the Emerald Island Resort which is a gated community located a few minutes from the parks and Disney Springs. If you are looking for restaurants there are many within a 5-10 minute drive. The pool area is a very private area with an extended yard. Many hours spent sitting out there in the sun and relaxing. Thank you both for another amazing stay at Tigger Isle!

3rd Year in a Row...

This is our family's third year in a row that we have stayed here. The house is always clean and well maintained. This year there was even some great updates to the house done. You can tell they care about the house and the comfort of the guests. This is refreshing from other rentals we have had in the past, were it felt more like a rental just to make money. It truly feels like a home away from home even for the guests. The host and property manager are friendly and quick to respond as well. 5 stars all around!

Fantastic as always

This house is our go to when we travel to the Kissimmee area. Absolutely love it here. Can never say enough good things about this property, the host and the property manager.

Nice but definitely not worthy of 4.9 stars

Very nice home, however, we did have some issues with our stay. Upon arrival, we were surprised that we couldn’t enter the home as the housekeeper was still there cleaning. Apparently, the previous renters had left a huge mess that required her to take a little extra time cleaning up. We waited for her to finish and the home was nice when we entered. We immediately got a text from Vania stating that the housekeeper had forgotten to put the towels in the washer into the dryer - no problem, we can handle that. She did offer to send someone by to get them and fold them but we figured that wasn’t necessary for something so trivial. The first day, everything was fine. We realized that the kitchen sink does leak a little bit around the faucet but again, this is minor and we didn’t stress it. However, the 2nd day, the heat on the hot tub stopped working and the pool was lukewarm. We contacted the property manager and went back and forth with her several times before a tech was finally sent out. We ended up losing 2 days of pool/hot tub fun, which really disappointed the kids and older people in our party. In addition, we were only reimbursed for the hot tub discrepancy - not the pool despite them stating that the heater heats both of them. We took care to ensure the home was clean after leaving and even did extras however we were charged for damages that we didn’t do and the property owner insisted that we did. Future renters, take pics/video upon exit to avoid surprises like us.

Perfect… as always

We have stayed at this property many times now. I never even consider staying anywhere else. Colleen is a wonderful host and Vania is the most attentive property manager which makes for a perfect team. Many new upgrades since our stay in February/23. The biggest change is the new beautiful flooring throughout. Already looking forward to our next stay 💕

Tigger

The property was beautiful and really clean. We loved looking for all of the tiggers throughout the house. The communication with the manager was awesome and she was very nice. The only thing I can say about this property that needs changung is cutting back the flowers/bushes by the front door. It made it hard to get in with the wheelchair and was a little scary. Lol, not knowing if anythjng was in the bushes was scary! Overall this is an awesome home and Ms. Colleen is a great owner and we hope to stay here in the future.

Great second stay

This is the second time we have stayed at Colleen's home. We were here for over a month and everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the new touches such as the fridge and extra seating in the living room. Lots of room for extended family. We hope to stay again in the future.

Amazing Property!!!

We love this property!!! This home is sparkling clean and inviting with everything we needed and more. I know that I am very picky when it comes to the places we stay. We are thrilled to have found Tigger Isle and Colleen who is such a wonderful host . We especially loved the private extended backyard this stay. Sun would hit the area behind the spa and pool around 10:00 am and be there all day but if it got too hot there is also an area closer to the house that is nice and shady with a table and chairs. The property manager Vania is amazing and very quick to respond to any needs no matter how small. The resort is gated and very very well maintained. The house is close enough to the parks and Disney Springs that it will only takes a few minutes to get there but far enough from them for peace and quiet. If we could change one thing about this trip... it would have been to stay longer.

Perfect for Disney World

We surprised our children with a Christmas trip to Disney World for six days before Christmas. (not sure that I fully recommend that decision) and we found the location of the house to work really well. The traffic wasn't unusually awful at any time of the day. It's close to Walmart and other things. The house was so clean! Tons of nice bath towels and pool towels. We ate dinner and breakfast there and found everything that we needed. It does NOT have an ice maker so that was unexpected and a little annoying for fixing water bottles but not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay there again. The neighborhood has trees and is nicely kept up. The beds were comfortable. She had lots of extra blankets and pillows. I do wish there was one more cozy chair in the den but we have seven people in our family so watching Christmas movies took some adjusting.

Amazing Property

This is our second stay at this property. Everything you need and more is here. Home is clean, quiet and very well maintained. Vania (Property Manager) is amazing and very quick to respond to any need you may have. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!! 🐯

The owner and property manager were super responsive and accommodating to anything we needed before and during our stay! We opted to not have pool/spa heat at first and requested that we have a couple days of heat added towards the end of our trip. The property manager, Vania, was super prompt with turning on our heat once we paid our fee and checked in with me periodically via text to make sure everything was alright. Tons of towels and blankets were available in the closets, which we greatly appreciated since we flew in from PA and tried to pack lightly. We look forward to staying here again and referring the house to our friends!! The Tiggers throughout the rooms were a very fun touch. Thank you for everything! 🧡🐯

Coming from the cold of the northern US, we fell in love with vacationing in Florida, and in particular with the magic of Disney. When we visited Emerald Island as guests, we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere located so close to all the action. Looking at houses to buy, we loved this property for its extra large lanai and the extra privacy of the landscaping around the pool and the position of the house above the houses behind. In addition, we wanted to have multiple bedrooms on the first floor to accommodate the older generation.

Located across from cul-de-sac, so there are no homes directly across the street, making for a less congested, quieter area.

Well Maintained! We stay there too and perform frequent upgrades; new leather sofa and love seat, marble-topped tables, new propane spa heater, new pool heater, new ice maker refrigerator and newly installed high grade luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.
