The host was wonderful. Yhe unit was very nice and clean which I always appreciate. The view was great too. It was also great that Waterscape still had the chairs and umbrellas during this time!!

Overall Great Stay

My wife and I usually got to Ft. Walton for vacation every year. We chose this location due to the splash pad for our 15 month old. She loved the splash pad and pool area. You definitely paying for the experience outside of the actual condo, such as, splash pad, pool, and lazy river. All of those amenities were great. The condo itself was pretty nice and clean on the inside. We consistently saw the cleaning service cleaning rooms throughout the week. We did however have some issues with cleanliness with the hallways leading to the rooms. Hallways are poorly lit and seemed outdated. The doors are white and have visible brown areas from peoples arms or legs. Our door was also sticky from paint or something. Also our rooms bathroom fixtures in the master bathroom were faulty. The first shower taken the handle on the shower popped off and was clearly put there without fixing it. The bathroom handle also popped off after 2 uses of bathing my daughter. Not the biggest issue other than worrying about possibly getting blamed for breaking them when they clearly werenā€™t fixed and just jerry rigged.

Great condo for our vacation! The pool and splash park was the highlight on my toddlers trip and me and the wife enjoyed waking up and looking out at the water everyday!

Lots of drawer space to unpack your luggage, not to mention plenty of hangers in the closet!! All the small kitchen appliances one might need when eating in as well as utensils and cookware. Never ran out of ice either. Dining table seats 8 comfortably. Having a washer and dryer available was appreciated - kept me from overpacking. :-) Included "starter supplies" like soap and dishwasher pods. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

They have nice pools but all the pools are exterior. The room was really big and nice, had a nice view, and it had an xbox to play games on. The xbox wonā€™t work after new years since xbox is shutting it down and the controller had crotroller drift and sticky buttons but it was a fun experience

overall enjoyed the stay. the condo floor was not mopped prior so our feet stayed gross, and the cleaner never heard of a duster i think, no mop or broom in condo or i would have done myself. the bed in master was literally put back together with board and screws and was the most awful thing about our trip. i was in excruciating pain and had to swap beds with our kids. which i might add was not the ideal thing but was better than what we had. they slept on pull out. i spent a few days in chiropractor when we got back, and after a few visits and a lil more money spent on the trip I was ok. we had fun with the baby at the beach and the pool area was great for him as well. we will probably go back just not in this one.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Came down here to get away from it all with the family (husband, my mom and dad, and younger brother). Morning balcony view was epic, saw many dolphins. Drinking coffee while watching the ocean waves was amazing. The only time we ever drove was when we went to the grocery store. All I did was beach bum, wave hop, tan, pool life, and eat seafood. Life is good. Thanks Coastal Vacations for a great stay!

Best Waterscape Unit of ALL!!!

Unit A606 condition and location are the BEST on the Waterscape property! We've stayed on all levels and sides of corridor-A and even owned our own unit, but this is by far our most pleasurable experience to date! We've been enjoying Waterscape since the day they opened and will definitely return to FABULOUS A606!!! By the way...booking was a BREEZE!!!!

Great Trip!

The condo is so conveniently located for families with teens who like to walk to the pier and restaurants. Security did a great job ensuring everything quieted down by 10pm. The beds were comfortable and check in was so simple. The place is probably due for a deep cleaning (baseboards, under furniture, cabinet faces) but it was still what I would consider clean. We also LOVED the included beach service!

Winter Birthday Fun

Check in process was easy. Upon arrival the place was pristine. It had all of the amenities we needed. The view from the 6th floor was amazing! Walking distance to several nice restaurants. Convenient, clean, and great location. We will definitely stay here again.
