We had a wonderful relaxing time at this cottage. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. It is positioned in a good central place from which we could reach all the places of interest that we wanted to see.We highly recommend this cottage and would definitely use again.

The accommodation is in a peaceful location, with a lovely big garden, surrounded by wildlife and perfectly located for Crieff, the local area and beyond.

The cottage was lovely and the owners have clearly invested in a good modern décor style, the bed was comfortable, although the pillows provided were quite flat and thin, I would've liked additional spares provided as I usually sleep with 3. But the actual bed and bedroom were lovely, and sheets were Egyptian cotton too, so very luxurious! The rest of the cottage was also cosy, the only gripe was the sofa which was a bit hard and uncomfortable at times. Although the lovely gas fire and soft cushions made for a cosy night watching a film. The internet was quite slow, but we were off out and about most of the time, it was good enough to stream a film or series on my Amazon Firestick. The washing machine and tumble dryer were an added bonus, very handy after some muddy walks! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Westerton Lodge - a very charming and comfortable cottage set in beautiful countryside and well located for access to the heart of the Highlands and also to major cities to the west and south of Crieff. An ideal place to relax and wind down with all the comforts of home. Our only minor comments would be that access for vehicles through the front gates is tight and should be negotiated v. carefully especially anything bigger than our Golf. Also the wifi is good enough for checking e-mails etc but struggles beyond that - being on holiday we did not have any major problem with this. Otherwise we would heartily recommend Westerton Lodge and would have no hesitation in returning for another stay. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A perfect little cottage for two and a doggie in a fab location, ideal for exploring , large secure garden makes it easy to relax . It’s very quiet there and nature is abundant. The WiFi is poor in this area but 4G is excellent

Great location to access central Scotland.

Great location to access central Scotland. The lodge stands on its own, with a completely fenced boundary, useful if you have a dog. The lodge is warm and comfortable and would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and secluded location, with direct access to paths into the local countryside.

We've have stayed at the cottage six times now and we would recommend it to anyone. The local area is a beautiful place to go on various walks. The local shops provide all you may need.lots of places to visit within a day's car journey.

Nice location..local walks nearby..but near enough to a town. Great base to go sightseeing but peaceful to come back to.

Westerton Lodge is ideally situated between Comrie and Crieff, just a short distance from the A85 but far enough away for total peace and quiet. The fittings are very high spec although the sofa was a little low and soft for my husband's back. It's a shame that the freezer is in an outhouse as I have frozen berries every day for my breakfast and had to brave the elements to get them. It might have been possible to configure the kitchen differently to accommodate a freezer when the Lodge was first upgraded but it would be a major job to do it now. Fortunately, the weather was fine during our stay so I did not get wet on my daily visit. There is an enormous garden which is well fenced so perfect for dogs. Crieff is a delightful town with a beautiful public park and a delightful walk along the banks of the River Earn. The Glenturret Distillery visitor centre is just down the road.

A lovely well presented cottage in a woodland setting. Lots of birds and other animals on your doorstep. A very peaceful setting though not isolated. A very well equipped cottage the furnishings fittings of good quality. Would definitely stay there again.

A perfectly situated and comfortable cottage for touring the local area. Within easy distance of Comrie and Crieff but in a pleasing rural location. Ideal for walking and a range of outdoor activities with Aviemore and surrounding area within reasonable travelling distance.
