Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Balcony. Shared lawned garden with patio. Bike store (in garage). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The garden lawns slope steeply away from the property at the rear. No children under 10 years old.. This comfortable, ground floor apartment is found in a popular residential area, elevated above Bowness village and offering well presented accommodation, with the bonus of fabulous lake views during the winter months when the trees are bare. Guests are sure to enjoy the balcony offering somewhere to sit and enjoy an early coffee or maybe a late glass of wine! The mature shared gardens slope away from the property offering a feeling of open space, and the picture window in the living room creates a spacious relaxing place to kick back and relax. With the bonus of off road private parking, not always found in this popular area, Cloverley ticks all the right boxes.



Conveniently located, close enough to stroll downhill into Bowness whilst away form the hustle and bustle, you have a wealth of facilities and attractions close at hand. Walkers, whether hardy ramblers heading for the hills, or leisurely strollers pottering down to the lake shore, both will enjoy the wealth of routes close at hand. A fabulous mix of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants offering Lakeland hospitality are within easy reach both in Bowness and Windermere. Shop, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

Wonderful house inside with view from living and dining excellent. Very comfortable, warm, cozy place proximity to centre shops, marina etc. All necessary equipment available in kitchen needed for a holiday. TV with internet access and fireplace. Clean carpet. Clear instructions of usage of house. There is no negatives to say about this place.Some improvements / comments.No dishwasher or washing machine, but not a mandatory for a holiday.Hood over kitchen cooker would enhance the usage of kitchen, still there was exhaust and well circulated.  If I own this place, outside needs a jet washing to appeal the entrance, or probably its lake district and gets slippery always.I would return here again.

Property is in a good quiet location, however it is up a long hill and can present a problem to less able folks. Plenty of parking, we found the Wi-Fi to be slow and I personally found the king size bed uncomfortable, maybe because I'm used to a good memory foam mattress and not a sprung mattress. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloverley and would book to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloverley and would book to stay there again. On the plus side it had a wonderful view, obscured a bit by the trees, depending on when you stay. The place was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. It was close to Bowness without being in a busy thoroughfare. We could easily access the shops, restaurants and a number of walks nearby. On the down side Colverley might be described as partially done up in that the lounge and bathroom are modern. The kitchen and bedrooms on the other hand, whilst well equipped, are dated. This didn't affect our stay at all. The other consideration is that there is a steep hill to walk up from Bowness which would not suit those who are not fit or have more limited mobility. Whilst this was a bit of a challenge on the first couple of days, we were used to it by the end of the week. All in all we had a great time. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Lovely place to stay, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen.

Lovely place to stay, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Great views and very convenient for Bowness. The shower had an odd habit of turning back on after you turned it off. The oven seal seemed a bit off as a lot of heat came out of the door and things took longer to cook than expected. Lots of lovely places to eat just down the hill. Great to have somewhere with parking.

A good time was had the plus side is the large front room and plenty of light and fantastic view The downside is no washing machine thought it would be standard for a self catering not ideal washing cloths in shower and trying to dry them

Bright and comfortably furnished spacious sitting/dining room with large picture windows opening onto a small balcony overlooking the well kept garden. Large shower room with fantastic power shower, plenty of shelf space and large mirror. Very comfortable beds with crisp white cotton bedding. Loads of drawer and hanging space. Well equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer and double oven gas cooker. Cloverley has all the things we hope for in self catering accommodation. It is in a quiet spot yet the bustling centre of Bowness is a short walk downhill. We'll definitely be going back.

Great location and apartment in the heart of Bowness. We're big walkers and found the location suited all the places we wanted to visit in the Lakes.
