Amazing cottage, lovely owners and located in our favourite part of the world.

Amazing cottage, lovely owners and located in our favourite part of the world. Might be a bit isolated for some but we love it up there and the dogs and kids did too (even the 3 year old managed the walks to and from the station, and it's a good walk).

What a lovely cottage!

Had a great stay with my family for the weekend. The cottage was very clean and well equipped, the underfloor heating kept us all cosy and we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The hot tub was huge and very clean. The only negative was when the owners dog barked at night, setting off my dog to bark back, then being told the next day that the dog shouldn’t bark at night! Found this frustrating to be honest but it didn’t spoil our trip. Overall a great place to stay.

Couldn't fault it was a beautiful cottage with amazing views and everything you could need will definitely be going back

We booked the cottage so we could have all the family together for my wife's 60th birthday.

We booked the cottage so we could have all the family together for my wife's 60th birthday. It was perfect for the occasion. Set in a peaceful location, an enclosed yard ideal for the dog with a hot tub and plenty of outside furniture. Plenty of amenities specially for the grandchildren including Ps4. Easy to reach the coast and heartbeat country. The Steam train ran past the bottom of the road.The owners could not do enough for us. I fully recommend the Dairy Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Brilliant cottage if you want comfort with moorland walking on the doorstep.

Brilliant cottage if you want comfort with moorland walking on the doorstep. It suited 3 generations and two dogs perfectly. Super walks from the door and great to relax in a hot tub when you return with aching legs. All the amenities of Whitby an easy drive away, Goathland a hilly walk but very accessible and steam trains run nearby (when not locked down). Outstanding accomadation beautifully dressed for Christmas great location for chilled country walks .Grandson loved games and PlayStation competing with his auntie and uncle ,hot tub was most welcome as was welcome prosecco and biscuits .can not fault accomadtion and very helpful owner we will be back

Had a fab weekend here.

Had a fab weekend here. There were 4 adults and 4 children. The cottage was perfect for us, plenty of room. The hot tub, sauna and games room were ideal for the children. It is right in the countryside with some lovely views. Ideal location to get to Whitby and nearby areas. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recomend this place and we would go back

The house was very clean, tidy and nicely presented.

The house was very clean, tidy and nicely presented. The hosts were extremely welcoming and ensured we had everything we required. The locations was beautiful and peaceful with a lovely sun trap garden patio. We enjoyed our weekend here just wished it could have been longer!! Will recommend and re-visit.

Fantastic place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely location. Owners very accommodating. Place was spotless. Jacuzzi well used. We had a great family week. Beautiful views / lovely walks and great for exploring neighbouring Whitby/ robin hoods bay/ goathland/ Scarborough. Will definitely return in the future

My family and i stayed here for my birthday weekend.

My family and i stayed here for my birthday weekend. It was perfect for couple nights away. The buck bed wasn’t ideal for 7 1/2 adults but we knew this when booking. The location is idyllic and hosts were friendly and helpful. The WiFi drops occasionally but this is to be expected with the location. The beds were comfy and the property was clean

For us the cottage was fabulous and had everything we could wish for.

For us the cottage was fabulous and had everything we could wish for. There was not a lot in Beck Hole itself but we knew that before we went, but we went for the walking and scenery and the tiny pub is well worth a visit. It was quite expensive for the 3 nights but at the end of the day you get what you pay for and the people who own the property were lovely. I would definitey recommend it and would go back for another visit. The hot tub was scruplously clean and treated every morning.
