This cottage is located on a private island with bridge access in beautiful Port Severn. Set among st the charming tree lined shore of Gloucester Pool lake, this stunning cottage sleeps 13 comfortably. We offer direct access to the water and the most breathtaking view of a Port Severn sunset all year long.

The cottage sits on 1.8 acres with very pretty large trees and over 180 ft of shoreline.

The cottage is within a short drive to local small shops/restaurants and is within 20 min to larger towns with full grocery. If you like Ice Cream, you have to visit the Ice Breaker ice cream shop in Port Severn which is actually on a renovated boat. The Grill is a great stop for casual waterfront dining. Breakfast, lunch or dinner you wont be disappointed by the food or view.

The Main floor of this cottage has cathedral ceilings, open plan living room with large fireplace and kitchen with a large granite island and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and beverage centre).

Cottage sleeps 10-13 in 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom offers King bed with ensuite bathroom and walk out to deck with lake view. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom comes with double/twin bunk bed. The upstairs loft guest suite sleeps 6, with a queen, double and 2 singles and 3 piece bathroom.

There is a Games room upstairs with a large screen TV, billiards table, Foosball and board games. It also includes a Wii U and an PlayStation 3 so you or your kids can bring your own games!.

We have a large outdoor deck both front and back of the cottage to sit and enjoy all that surrounds you. If you are lucky you may receive a visit from our local beaver, he loves to sunbathe on our rocks.

Our Muskoka room is a great place to relax, read a book, have a drink or meal and just enjoy yourself. We also offer a BBQ for your use.

Gloucester Pool is known for its great fishing and our family and friends have caught lots of great fish right off the dock and shoreline.

Cottage rental comes with a canoe, pedal boat, kayaks and swimming platform.

Rental rate assumes a maximum of 10 guests. Additional guests will include a fee.

Cottage is protected with security cameras provided by Huronia Security, Minimum age requirement of 35 for cottage rental.

Had an amazing time ringing in the new year at this Port Severn rental. Some great sledding and hiking within driving distance, a wood burning fireplace or hot-tub to keep warm, and some very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Unforgettable stay, and highly recommended!

this property has all the amenities for a lovely stay. extra benefit of bedding and towels provided is definately appreciatedItā€™s nice and quiet obviously well insulated for noise inside. While the water does have an odor it is not a deterrent and we would definitely return.Host very receptive and helpful. would recommend

Prefect getaway!

The cottage and property were beautiful and looked just like the pictures. We had a great time swimming & paddle boarding when it was nice but the cottage was well set up to entertain us all when it rained too!

Beautiful cottage stay for family reunion

My family and I had a great stay at Rick's. There were 9 of us total, ranging in age from 6 months old to 89 years of age, and everyone had a comfortable and relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the direct access to the water and variety of boats (plus life jackets in all sizes!) that we had access to. Indoors, there were all kinds of toys and games for all, even for my toddler, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to stay in and cook all our meals.It was very easy book our stay and communicate with Rick. I would definitely recommend this cottage and hope to come back someday, it was so beautiful!

Amazing Luxury Cottage

We had a wonderful time at Rickā€™s cottage. The place has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing stay, the kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are comfortable and many games/ entertainment options. I brought my 6mo baby, so itā€™s also kids friendly. We are planning to be back on summer. Rick is great, the communication throughout was really smooth. Highly recommend.

Spacious yet cozy

The property was as advertised. Pictures don't do it justice. The large open space was perfect for our group of 8 friends, allowing us all to still be together whether in the kitchen/living area or the games room. Rick was easy and pleasant to deal. We would love to go back!

Home away from home.

Host is super nice and very attentive to your needs. The place is utmost convenience. Everything was thoughtfully equipped with best quality in the house . Itā€™s nicer than in 4-5 stars hotels. The kind of place that make you miss it when you leave ā€¦.

Cottage Weekend

Beautiful spot, place shows even better in person. Hot tub was nice and super clean, firepit was awesome and had a lot of room to fit the 12 of us comfortably. We had a real nice time, a lot of fun.
