This four-bedroom, 3500 square foot residence is located mid-mountain between Ritz Carlton Northstar and Northstar Village. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer spectacular mountain views, and generous indoor and outdoor spaces provide ample room for large gatherings. Fully equipped with everything you need, including kitchen equipment, quality linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, and more!

The Space:

You can strap on your skis or snowboard and hit the slopes directly out your back door from this ski-in/ski-out property. At the end of the day, hang your boots on the boot warmer in the ski room before enjoying the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. It doesn’t get better than this!

Take in the expansive mountain views from the living room and gourmet kitchen full of high-end Sub-Zero, Wolf and Bosch appliances. After dinner, take in a movie from the media room complete with home theater, pool table, and sectional sofas. There is even a children's play area downstairs. And your toes will stay warm on those cold winter nights with radiant floor heating.

The "Treehouse" private club next door provides even more amenities including year round Heated Pool and Spa, Fitness Center, Basketball Court, Fire Pit, Game Room and Personalized Activity Concierge Service or "Outfitter."

Our ski rental partner, Ski Butlers, allows you to spend more time on the snow, more time with friends and family, and more freedom while on vacation through their delivery, support and pickup services. Ski Butlers will deliver all your equipment rentals to your accommodations, offer full on-mountain support throughout your rental and pick-up on your final day. Guests of Equity Residences receive a 10% Discount on equipment rental and delivery!

**The Premises is for the sole use as a personal vacation residence in compliance with the requirements of Placer Country Short-Term Vacation Rental Program as follows:

**Maximum occupancy is defined as two people per bedroom, plus two additional people, excluding children under 16 years of age. A “bedroom” means a room containing a minimum of 70 square feet that meets all requirements of the California Residential Code and contains a window or opening for emergency egress structures.

**Both sofas in media room pull out into queen beds.

**A high chair and pack and play can be made available for no additional fee. Please request prior to arrival.
