2 King Bedrooms + 2 Queen Beds, Fort Myers Waterfront Home

Our 3-bedroom vacation home is situated in the beautiful Town & River neighbourhood which is centrally located to all that you need for a delightful vacation in south-west Florida. This canal front home is only four houses from the Caloosahatchie River, minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. It is extremely quiet and peaceful here.

The backyard faces south and catches the sun all day. Enjoy the Gulf breezes while sun bathing or sit in the shade of the patio or palm trees. You will also frequently see dolphins swimming in the canal.

This 2800 sq ft bungalow has three large bedrooms; 1 King in the Master with en-suite bathroom & walk-in closet, 1 King & sofa bed in one guest room, and 2 Queen beds in second guest room. Guest rooms have double closets and are joined by a shared bathroom. There is a third bathroom with a shower off the front hall.

This is an open concept living space, with a 65" flat screen with surround sound in the main living area. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house.

BBQ available. The pool is heated and includes a hot tub as well as a shallow wading area.

Our dock is presently dismantled, and awaiting construction in the Spring 2022.

It's a short walk to McGregor Blvd where there are good restaurants. A short drive takes you to all the stores you'll need (including Costco), the beaches (Fort Myers Beach/Sanibel), downtown River Walk, Barbara Mann Center for the Performing Arts and many golf courses. We chose this area carefully, and trust you will find it convenient and very relaxing.

This is our Florida home, and as such, we have furnished it to our personal taste, with comfort and relaxation in mind.

Great Location

We were in the area for R&R as well as a high school baseball tournament. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located for all our activities - beaches, baseball fields, food, etc.

Lovely location, well-appointed property

We've been in a wide variety of VRBOs, but this one was hands down one of the best we've stayed in. It's in a lovely location on an inlet, has a pool and a hot tub and a water view, and a welcoming, open floor plan. Three spacious bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and a quiet neighborhood a short drive from the beach and from the airport. We had problems running the app that controls the pool, but the owners patiently helped us out, running it from their phone when we couldn't figure it out. They also gave us a heads up about the dock being under construction, which didn't really matter for our needs but was good to know about in advance. And when we asked another question about the property, they were very responsive. This place did not feel like a rental - no cheesy beach decor, everything clean, high quality appliances - and we'd gladly recommend this to anyone traveling to Ft. Myers. We picked it for the location alone and we hit the jackpot when we picked this place.

Perfect Family Vacation home

We had an amazing stay, the Pool and Spa are Beautiful,and the house floorplan is open and so well suited for relaxing, eating and enjoying the property,The owners communication was flawless and they graciously provide so many extras there at the home at your disposal.The location was great and was 20 minutes to Sanibel island, and close to Ft myers beach as well, there are countless shopping and restaurants nearby. Will be our home base in the future for visits to the Area for sure!

Great Family Getaway

Our family stayed at this property for a week over Thanksgiving. We all enjoyed our stay very much! The property had everything that you could imagine that you needed. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. The beds were all very comfortable and the house is well set up for two adults and two teens. The pool and spa were used often and enjoyed by all in the house. The location of the house right on the canal lead to many sightings of dolphins coming in to fish. We rented kayaks for the week that were delivered to the house. We would take the kayaks out into the river every morning and most mornings saw dolphins right out front of the canal. We also had a manatee come right up to the kayak to say hello! There were a few minor issues, but the owners were readily available and addressed the issues right away. We could not have asked for a better home to stay at and better owners to communicate with! Thank you so very much for opening your home to our family!

Beautiful home

The house is exactly as described and very clean and well taken care of. The home has all the amenities you could hope for. The location was perfect and close to all the places we wanted to visit. Communication with the owners was effortless. I would love to stay at this home again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful home away from home!

This Florida home is beautiful and feels like home the second you walk in. The location is great, very close to anything you might need. Our daily visits from the dolphins became a family event each day. We absolutely loved our stay in the beautiful home.

Beautiful spot with all the amenities!

Lovely setting with a great outdoor area with pool and spa. A quiet and restful neighborhood. The house is gorgeous and has lots of room. It is tastefully decorated and very up to date. Everything you need to cook is here. Located near lots of restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this spot and would consider returning next time we are down this way. The owner is very accessible to answer questions and concerns. Fantastic spot!

Amazing place. Amazing owners to deal with.

What a awesome place to call home for a week. Suzie and her husband always responded in a very timely manner. The house is very spacious and very clean. My favorite part though was just sitting by the canal everyday looking for the dolphins that come by nearly everyday. We had 3 of them visit us 5 out of the 7 days we were there. If you are anywhere near Ft Meyers I would highly recommend this house.

Fantastic

Rarely do the pictures give you a good interpretation of the property this property far exceeded my expectations one of the best rentals i ever had. I would recommend it to anyone,the owners were professional in every way and it was a joy to work with him . It had such a homey feel to the place very warm and inviting had all the amenities you could Ask for beach chairs,bikes, beachtowels fully stocked kitchen very pleased with our stay

Fabulous waterfront home - a true gem with Dolphins

Our family of 5 spent Christmas in Fort Myers and were fortunate enough to find this gem. We have rented a lot of homes over the years and this one was one of the best we have stayed in - it had everything we could have asked for and more! The bedrooms were large and beautifully furnished - there was plenty of privacy and lots of space for clothes and personal items. The bathrooms were large and very clean. The kitchen, dining and living room areas were spacious and open - perfect for our family. We prepared and enjoyed long family meals together and watched holiday movies in the evenings. We had wonderful, warm weather for the duration of our stay, so we really made use of the heated pool, hot tub and patio area. And, yes, we actually saw dolphins swimming up and down the canal that lines the backyard. The location is great, with Sanibel and Captiva Islands a short drive away, The Shoppes at Bell Tower with its many restaurants, a movie theater and a Fresh Market are also quite close. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We will keep our fingers crossed that it will be available the next time we travel as a family to South West Florida.

Lovely Clean Home

Suzy was so easy to communicate with for the booking. The house was spotless and had every amenity you would need. The house is landscaped beautifully. Great quiet, peaceful community. There was nothing more we could have asked for.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful home. It is very clean and relaxing in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen is great and has everything you need including the space to welcome visitors and relax comfortably. The bedrooms are spacious and so cozy. The beds were especially big and comfortable to curl up in . We spent a lot of time outside as there is a nice pool and hot tub with plenty of restful lounges and chairs to unwind in. My daughter who is 8 was thrilled as were we to have the dolphins visit numerous times throughout the day. What a treat that was. It was so nice to be able to toss the fishing poles in off the dock as well. The owners are great communicators and all questions you may have are always answered promptly and courteously. All in all this warm and inviting home is everything you need for a comfortable stay and we will surely be back . Amanda

We are a retired couple from Toronto, Canada who have traveled to Florida over the years to golf and escape our long winters. We enjoy the outdoors on the shores of Georgian Bay in the summer and wanted a warm and sunny winter home.

We wanted to be on the calmer Gulf Coast with a water view and access for boating. We are golfers and boaters, who also enjoy theatre, sports and nature. All are close by. After searching in the Naples/Fort Myers area, we were drawn to this lovely neighbourhood for its location and convenience. As soon as we drove down this street, we wanted to be here.

This house sits close to the Caloosahatchie River with a view that provides peace and tranquility when sitting on the patio or dock. There is easy access to the Gulf waters for boating. While sitting in the hot tub/pool, the canal view and sunsets are lovely. All bedrooms in the house are more spacious than usual.
